Tasted like fake caviar
The media could not be loaded. I can describe how bad this caviar is. Absolutely terrible

Really lovely flavour and I enjoyed it.
This caviar was delivered in good quality packaging, with no leaking or anything loose. You receive one jar and it is filled with medium-sized, red/orange caviar balls. The flavour is nice and I like eating it with cheese and crackers and things like that. I also put it in pasta and it made a really nice flavour. The texture is good and I cannot fault it. Would recommend.

Jar lid was loose, has no seal.
This isn’t salmon caviar; it is rainbow trout caviar. I like trout caviar, but the title is misleading. Trout roe is smaller than salmon roe, slightly different in colour and milder. The jar was wrapped in a bag and then bubble wrap but still managed to leak a little, the lid wasn’t tight on. My partner and I smelt it and it was ok, so we did try a little, my partner likes the flavour and after tasting had some on a couple of oat cakes. I was not such a fan, but it was more a texture thing for me. Despite the lid being loose it has been 16 hours since my partner had a decent portion and he is fine 😊 I would say though that the jars need a seal of some kind.

Seller, please identify the fish, as it’s confusing.
A 110gm jar of red caviar made from fish roe. Now it’s either salmon or trout, the sellers page doesn’t seem to be able to make its mind up, and the jar says 33% freshwater fish, with salmon flavouring, so it could be anything, the seller needs to get there descriptions and labelling sorted out.It came with a 3 month use by date, and should be refrigerated and consumed within 6 days of opening.I was slightly hesitant to taste it, after reading the reviews on this product, but to be honest now I’ve tried it I couldn’t see what all the fuss was about. Yes it’s slightly oily, but that probably because of the added olive oil, but it’s certainly not overly greasy and it certainly isn’t disgusting in my view.Ok, it’s not caviar, that’s for sure, but it isn’t that bad. It’s only slightly salty, which I prefer than it being overly salty like caviar, yes the aftertaste is slightly oily, but if you have it with crackers or small pieces of bread, the oil is soaked up and not noticeable on the pallet, especially if you have a glass of wine to refresh the pallet 👀I cannot say whether it’s worth the money, as it’s currently not available at the moment, so no price is visible. But I’m happy to give it 3 stars, I think the problem with identifying the fish needs sorting out and maybe reduce the added olive oil, just rely on the fish oil for taste, other than that if the price is right, I’d happily buy it again.

Package arrived on a hot day :(
Unfortunately the package arrived on a hot day it was 34 Celsius outside and it states on the information it needs to be kept under 5 degrees. With it being a fish product we didn’t risk eating it for obvious reasons.

Arrived open
Well I didn’t even know how was the product, because arrived open… I feel like I just threw my money into the bin. Really disappointed… not to safe to eat if arrived opened though.
