Expensive and sting but they do the job.
I got these after upperbleth surgery as my vision was blurred due to dry eyes but I also thought I was getting blepharitis which I have had in the best and these drops made such a difference, they sting when you first put them in, this is normal and only lasts for a few seconds and after 1 week all my symptoms had gone. If you don't mind the cost and the stinging they are amazing.

Amazing stuff from the bees!
All the reviews are correct, it does sting (like a bee) when first applied to the eye but the results are so worth it! Am able to wear my contact lenses for a whole day now and my eyelashes are returning to normal which is amazing. After many years of debilitating blepharitis and medications, eye discharge, blurred vision etc. this has solved the problem in two weeks…. Wish I’d found it sooner.

Extremely painful. Only used once, never again
Extremely painful, discomfort lasted several hours. Threw it in the bin. Surely can’t be good for the eye, to use drops which hurt that much

Best eye drops
I would firstly state these eye drops sting like crazy when you put them in. This stops after a few seconds. Persevere as these are the best eye drops, suggested by my optician. I have tried a lot of off the shelf and optician stocked eye drops, none of which worked. These have also got rid of blepharitis.

Fantastic for dry eyes and blepharitis
I have severe dry eyes that leads to blepharitis if I’m not careful. These keep it at bay and allow me to wear make up too. I use them first thing and last at night. They do sting really badly for about 20 seconds and then it’s fine. Easy to use and very effective.

They helped my symptoms
I've had MGD and blepharitis for almost 6 years. The only thing that has helped has been the usual hot compress ad massage, and lid scrubs. But even so, I find it hard to keep this up consistently enough to be comfortable. These drops have visibly helped my glands express (I can actually see the oils coming out, which is a first!) and my eyes are less sore than before. It's not a miracle cure, but in conjunction with semi regular warm compress and massage I almost feel like I don't have these conditions! The drops sting a tonne for 30 seconds for a minute, but it isn't unbearable. They're super expensive but for me they work well enough that its worth it.

It is Ok BUT only for occasional and not regular use
The best and safe way to moisturise eyes is to use eye cream around the eyes including eyelids. In some countries, honey is used to clear cataracts hence my interest. After using it a few times you get used to its sting and your eyes feel relaxed and refreshed, HOWEVER, I noticed on a few occasions while lying down I was having double vision (the laser clock reflected on the ceiling of my room appeared to be double). I managed to repeat the occurrence by putting some minor pressure on my eyes. My non-scientific but practical finding is that the regular use of this stuff may make your eyeballs soft, easily pushed in, out of shape! I stopped using it regularly and haven't had any of the double visions since
