We love tis plunger. It is about at attractive as a plunger can be. Very effective and well designed plunger to fit other than round traps.

This is the nicest plunger I've ever had and I love having the stand to put it back in and it works great and it's very sturdy with a metal handle and the top is easier to push down and the standard plunger.

While I appreciate the quality and design, it is noticeably more expensive than other models on the market. While I'm willing to pay a bit more for superior design and functionality, the price may be a deterrent for some potential buyers.

First off, I wanted to start off by saying that the brush for the toilet bowl, and the plunger are both aesthetically pleasing. I like that the magnetic attachment of the tools to the base, allow both the plunger and the brush to hover slightly above the container which prevents Toilet water or water in general from pooling and harboring bacteria. I have followed instructions unlike I have in the past with previous toilet bowl, cleaners, and I have been cleaning the brush after I use it to clean the toilet and allowing it to dry before hanging it back up in the magnetic holder. I found that the brush does clean well although it’s a little bit different than your toilet bowl brush. It does scrub underneath the toilet rim. It just needs to be maneuvered slightly differently to scrub down the walls. The plunger I have not had to use yet, but looks great. I’m sure it works well. I would recommend buying this as it’s a very affordable alternative to some other aesthetically pleasing but more expensive options out there especially if you have a cool toned bathroom.

Simple Human’s great design makes cleaning efficient and easy. The magnetic holder for the brush is a big improvement over my old brush that would fall over. This premium item is worth the money.

Pros - The stand and magnetic holder work very well to let the plunger drain off when it's put away. - The flat top on the handle makes it easier to get good pressure. - The rubber cup and flange are the right weight and flexibility without being too stiff to use or too soft to keep attached. - It does combine good looks with actual usefulness. Cons - This classic flanged plunger shape just does not fit in the drain of a modern toilet - it actually blocks the drain off. - using the magnetic clasp takes a little care and practice. I bought this in 2014, and it worked 'okay' with an older toilet and one newer one, but on my newest toilet the bottom flange actually blocks off the drain so it's pretty much useless. I'm old enough to remember when this flange type of plunger started replacing the standard cup plunger. The flange does help in older round drain toilets. But I now have a toilet with a rectangular opening and an almost horizontal opening to the trap-way. After a very frustrating 2 days of plunging I finally sat back and compared the way that lower flange fits into the drain opening and realized that the flange is really just blocking that opening, so I'm putting a lot of energy into just stirring the water in the bowl. Good bowl turbulence but no effect on the clog. I still gave it 3 stars because that magnetic clip on handle holding really does work well. The holder that keeps the plunger handy without needing to see it. When the tray has to be cleaned it's easy. I have a tiny bathroom and it fits well down beside the toilet.. The handle design with the almost flat surface on the end makes it easier to get good pressure even with weak hands. I'm now trying to find a new one with a similar handle on a plain old fashioned cup plunger. My searches keep turning up this one so I figured I should review it.
