Delicious pasta starts with good noodles, and these definitely deliver! They have the flavor of homemade egg noodles and a soft, creamy consistency once cooked. Made with high-quality ingredients, this product really stands out. The price is a bit steep, but worth it for the taste and quality. One of my favorite recipes uses these noodles: 1 pack of this amazing pasta, 1 pound of chicken breast, 8 oz baby bella sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, 1 minced onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 1/2 cups chicken stock, 1/4 cup heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese to taste, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper. Fry ingredients until light golden, add chicken stock, heavy cream, bring all to a boil, add dry pasta, stir to break up, reduce the heat to a medium-low, cover with lid, let cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally to mix all ingredients, season to taste, add grated Parmesan and finish. Let is stand for 5 min and enjoy!

Best lasagna noodles. Guests raved about the noodles. They were shocked that the noodles weren't thick. Cook time 4 minutes for perfect end results. Will buy more.

I was so pleased to find this pasta made from a Durum wheat. The flavor of the pasta is amazing. It cooks quickly and is easy to prepare for many dishes. The texture is great! Just like my mom's egg noodles. I buy these three boxes at a time and store two boxes in mylar bags so they will last longer, since I'm the only one that eats pasta. I think it's a great value and will continue to purchase this pasta. Highly recommend it for everyone, not just those that have a problem processing gluten. Great taste!

De Cecco is a quality and trusted brand and a family favorite. We use it for ragus and my granddaughter loves it with just butter, olive oil and some fresh garlic. My only issue is that sometime the pasta arrives broken. They’re packages into little nests in the box that sometimes are broken apart. I don’t think most people would be disappointed.

Oh these are delicious!! I don’t find they are any more expensive than other foods. Since I have Celiac’s, I look for pasta’s made outside the U.S. as our wheat is genetically altered. This is doesn’t make an impact on my system!!

These are superior to all other egg noodles. They taste better and have a better texture. This elevates my tuna noodle casserole and Swedish meatballs.

Oh My Word!! These noodles are the best I have ever tasted in my life! The texture, the taste, the width just absolutely amazing, with so many different uses. Just incredible. I'm very disappointed to realize I paid $34 for one box of noodles. I thought it was 12 separate boxes for that price and now can't even return it according to the return policy. Live and learn I guess.😔
