But... realistically, how would almost anyone know if these or any natural food supplements were actually harmful unless you got side-effects or drug interactions or became ill quickly but by then it may be too late to avoid suffering consequences. Each user takes these or any supplements at their own risk unless they consult with a "solid" doctor about them first, and frankly, my experience is that doctors generally don't recommend taking supplements that you ask them about. They'd probably suggest a supplement and give specific guidance- sources, criteria, dosage- *before you asked him/her* if you should or actually needed or would benefit significantly from that supplement.So, as most supplement containers and credible medical guidance say, ask your doctor before taking these or any supplements.

Very small host, you can still smell garlic

We buy these a lot- no garlic after taste which is a big plus- good price and quality- easy to swallow as they are small pills- easy on stomach- natural healing for blood pressure and more! Will buy again.
