Dermarest Psoriasis Medicated Treatment Gel, 4 oz

It's not a cure, but I don't want to take drugs to "cure" it. Those reported side effects are a bit too scary for me. It's just a topical treatment, but the best topical treatment I've found. There's no smell, the gel is ultra-easy to apply with its twist-to-open-and-close top (like the top on a bottle of Elmer's glue), it dries quickly, and it really, really helps.

UNFORTUNATELY, the price has doubled ! this is the only thing that works on my scalp to get rid of scales.... I've tried everything...... put on night before in problem spots.... shower with T SAL SHAMPOO AND OFF THEY COME..

This was the first medicated gel I’ve tried and it absolutely relieves the itching and the scaling. I noticed the morning after application that my scalp was noticeably smoother - kind of incredible. This helps more than the shampoo and conditioner I use for my scalp. Would recommend to give it a try since it’s relatively inexpensive.

Great product

I seriously can’t tell if it’s helping or hurting. When first applied - yes, it immediately masks and evens out the scaly patches and makes them disappear. If you try to remove them later, they slide off much easier due to the softening effect of the acid. The problem is what happens after - the skin gets so thin and crepey in the areas where you regularly apply the gel that they dry out and scale back almost immediately and now you’re stuck in a permanent loop. Such a strange product.

This product works! We tried a lot of other remedies, but this one worked, and it worked fast!

The ONLY product that helps with the uncontrollable itch I have from my psoriasis. If you have psoriasis you know what its like and it suuucks! I dont know why this product doesn't have a higher rating. Ive tried just about everything, from prescription to nonprescriptions and this works.

It works very well but if you miss a few days or a week of application the itchy scales come back quickly. So it doesn't fix it but maybe nothing can🤷‍♀️ Either way it helps and it's easy to apply and has no smell.👍
