Five Stars
Great construction, Easy to assemble, comfortable though a bit small (I'm 5' 7"). Other campers were jealous!

the char is quite comfortable though low to the ground
Once assembled, the char is quite comfortable though low to the ground. The canvas part is extremely difficult to put on the frame. I have to have a man help me get them together, unfortunately. The body of the chair assembles easily and is decently lightweight. I would love this product if the canvas seat was easier to get on the frame.

Light but not sturdy
It is very light and so easy to carry on a long hike, but it feels very unstable and I just don't like sitting in it. I am afraid that I would just fall out of it. It is not what I was hoping for.

Near impossible to put together
I was eager to receive this chair (I received this compliments of the seller for the purpose of reviewing) because to date I haven't found a portable chair that is easy to carry for long periods and comfortable. This looked like it would be the perfect solution and in some ways it is. But in some key ways, it isn't. Read on....What this chair has going for it is that it IS uber portable and light weight. It answers that call perfectly and for that reason we will likely keep it once I am finished writing this review. And the product description is correct.... putting this thing together is super intuitive. The tubular frame with the internal "bungee" like elastic practically snaps together by itself and is actually fun to play with. But for me and everyone here, that's where the fun ends.....Once you have the frame in place it is extremely difficult to put the fabric chair on. Extremely. And all kinds of people tried, from average strength men and women to super super strong folks. When I initially had difficulty putting the chair cover on the rods I contacted the company that told me that a little elbow grease was all that was needed. I consider myself somewhat strong but neither of my elbows had enough "grease" to get it on so I started inviting other folks to try. EVERYONE fought with the cover. A couple of folks were eventually able to get it on, but we all remarked that the kids' soccer game would be over by the time this thing would get put together. So it wasn't just me. I can now sometimes do it, but it take another person holding the frame in place for me to get the cover on. It is ridiculously tight. The next problem was encountered by everyone..... There wasn't a person who found it comfortable. Everyone complained about being too low to the ground and everyone noticed the distinct wobbly feel of the chair. This chair already has a number of glowing reviews. These reviews rave about the easy of putting the chair together and the comfort of the chair once assembled. A couple even mention the wonderful lumbar support. My only explanation is that I might have received a defective unit. To my mind this doesn't even really merit three stars but I am giving them because it IS portable and it IS lightweight and we MIGHT use it for these reasons. But we will no doubt fight to get it put together every time.BOTTOM LINE: For us this chair was near impossible to put together and not very comfortable. But it is portable and it is lightweight so that says something. In a pinch it will do. I might have gotten a defective unit. At almost sixty dollars I think it is priced way high for what it is.

Great chair!
As other people have said putting this together was a little bit more frustrating than we intended. But once we did it a few times we figured out a way to do it faster and easier and hasn't been a problem since! The chair is so lightweight and very sturdy. Even though we are plenty under the weight requirements we still worried if the legs would bend or bow out any but that didn't happen! It's comfortable and provides plenty of lumbar support. Getting it back into the bag has been a little bit of a problem too but nothing that we would chastise this product or company for..it could very well just be a user problem, lol.For the price this was a great purchase and we look forward to many more nights out doing astrophotography with this chair!

Chairs for everyone
Yes, these chairs are awesome. Got a set for my gf and I when we hiked a portion of the smokey mountains, near Cataloochee. Our partners we very jealous when we broke these out after a 8 mi hike up Mt. Sterling. So we bought them a set for Xmas.

Beware the chair tips!
Like the chairs, but two of the tip ends came off and the chair is useless without them. We just presumed they were glued on, but they come right off. How can we order 4 (so we have them when more come off)
