it's pretty awesome, strong as heck and has a nice weight to it but i had put another edge on the blade because it didn't came with a sharp edge as i like.

Do not waste your money
Returning it. Horrible Horrible machete. The black coating is all scratches and blemishes. Don't waste your money. I would be ashamed to say it was a Rambo knife.

not that which i expected. do not highly recommend it. i think if anyone pruchases this machete would be as displeased as i was. i traded it away with a friend.

durable machete
No different than the Hibben IV. The only reason I went with this one was the other was unavaible and this was only a few bucks more.
