I need pure almond extract regularly for a home-made granola recipe. To purchase in grocery store is EXTREMELY expensive and wastes many little bottles. The quality, convenience and price cannot be beat.

I am an avid fan of First Street extract. I use pure almond extract (not to be confused with imitation) in foods and also when I'm making my foamy pump soaps for the bathroom. I decided to check Amazon since now live far away from my store that carries it. I was appalled at the pricing here of $26! For decades I have purchased this product for less than $10 for the 16 oz bottle at a store many retail customers don't know is available to both commercial and retail buyers. It used to be known as Cash and Carry but now it's part of the Smart Food Warehouse family sometimes called Chef'store. However these stores are only located in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Montana. Since moving from Washington to Florida I make sure to shop the store whenever I visit our children who are still living out west! BTW, they also have fantastic pricing on coffee syrups!
