Good product
I actually use these for the bottom of my lower back....they are good and the heat lasts all day.... I found them uncomfortable, when placed across my neck area (as suggested use) - they didn't seem to stick for long here... But I definitely recommend them for lower back pain.

They work and are worth it!
I recently purchased these for a camping trip and I hoped that they would work as I know how cold it can get at night. They did not disappoint and I was amazed at how hot they got and also how long they lasted. From midnight to 7am in the morning and they were still warm when I woke up. I would not hesitate to buy them again. I've only taken a star off as they aren't really environmentally friendly as used once but for specific occasions they are definitely worth it and I will be buying again when needed.

Worth the money
I've been using heat patches made by other manufacturers for years but have been impressed by these ones. The adhesive goes across the entire patch (not just a tiny area on the flappy bits) which means this will actually stick to your clothes all day long. Size works well for me (I'm a UK size 12) and they do stay warm for the advertised 8 hours (though not much beyond that).I used these on a recent two-day motorbike trip and where my shoulders would normally get really painful with tension after a few hours' riding, these kept me pain-free! 👍

Does not last 8 hours
Heats up fast. Offers mild pain relief. Easy to use. Adhesion does not last as you move around. Does not last 8 hours. 5 hours max.
