Fair price, best ink for Epson printers. That's why I purchase my Epson printer inks at Amazon.

The cartridges installed easily and, after running the head cleaning process a couple of times, the print is beautiful. I don't print often so it's not unusual for the ink to dry up or clog the head. I try to print something once a week to keep it clean, but always forget. Although I'm very satisfied with this ink it will be the last time I buy any ink at all. It's just too much money for the amount of printing I do. Next time my printer clogs up I'm going to bite the bullet and buy a color laser printer. I had my last laser printer, (black only), for 20 years. I printed so little that I only purchased maybe three cartridges in that time and I never had an issue with ink clogging or drying up. This ink is good stuff. I once tried generic ink and the printer refused to recognize them. Even though it's kind of expensive, this ink is the way to go if you have an inkjet printer.

No one is perfect. I received my order very quickly. I needed magenta in a bad way for my Epson. When I put the ink cartridge in the printer stopped recognizing all the cartridges! So I fiddled a bit with no success. I called customer service but had to call back because they were too busy, the instruction to please call back was on the voice message. I did in a few minutes and the call was taken right away. It quickly became apparent when talking to the customer service representative that I had been sent the wrong cartridges. He apologized and said he would send out the correct ones immediately. I promptly received these along with a return label for the incorrect cartridges. So far the cartridge has worked great and although it would have been better to receive the correct ones the first time, no one is perfect and they handled the issue professionally and quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Just like all other printers, the ink is not cheap. However, it lasts for a long period of time, even when being used in a home business environment.

Arrived quickly. Fit and allied me too complete my project on time and done well.

Epson needs to get on the reality bus and stop over charging on their ink. The price is ridiculous! So I am going over to remanufactured!!! I give it 2 stars only because of the price, otherwise it could be 4 possibly 5. Just too darn expensive! UPDATE: 2022 - using remanufactured saved a lot of $$$ big time! CON: It will quickly clog up the ink jets and you’ll get poor print quality! You are damned if you you and damned if you don’t. Pay through the nose for consistency in quality printing or safe a few bucks and replace a printer ever 18 months or so.
