RED BISHOP ACCU-LOCATOR EZ2 / Intonation Adjuster for Ibanez Edge-Zero 2

If you have the edge zero 2 bridge, you need this tool and not the Ibanez tool. This little gadget is made with precision and is super easy to use. Setting the intonation on a Floyd or Floyd like bridge sucks. You basically keep guessing and hope you get there. This tool lets you adjust the intonation while under tension and saves boatloads of time over the course of 6 strings. Buy it.

I'm not going to lie, for me there was a brief learning curve and almost gave up on trying to understand how it worked. I am the person that never looks at instructions but probably should have peeked at them. Once I fugured it out, it was so stupid simple I kicked myself. If you have a Edge Zero II bridge this will make your life so much simpler. Great product!

Just replaced the block on my RG3XXV and need to intonate again. This job would have been a nightmare with any other tool but this is worth its weight in gold. Got my guitar set back up and perfectly in tune.

I agree with everyone else that this tool (and its brilliance in it's simplicity) is an absolute game changer when it comes to intonation adjustment and the ease with which it allows one to perform it. If I had to find a single complaint about it (and It's not even really a complaint given the easy solution) it would be that I noticed as I put it on my Brand New $1500.00 Ibanez Premium that it will scratch up the plating or powder coating on one's bridge just by the contact between the two metals and over time get worse. So I immediately got back on Amazon and ordered some heat shrink tubing which I needed to resupply my tool box anyway. I bought a kit that had many different sizes of the tubing and it's a good thing because I had to experiment a little until I hit upon the right size to fit over the metal and still shrink down to a tight fit. It may look a little weird to some but It definitely eliminated the problem and I haven't created any more little scratches since. If your not as anal about the cosmetics of your bridge as I am then It is perfect and ready to use as is.

This is a great product. It's a little pricey but it makes setting intonation on the Edge Zero II tremolo under tension very easy. No more detuning the string to adjust the saddle only to find out that you didn't move it far enough. I was able to set the intonation on my guitar in about 15 minutes with this (first time using). Before this, I think I spent an hour on trying to get my intonation right and even then it still wasn't perfect. Makes me mad that Ibanez designed a tremolo that was this difficult to set intonation on.

An excellent intonation tool! Well built and solid feel. Makes swapping string gauges a breeze on the Edge Zero trems.The thumb screw turns smoothly and consistently. No 'sticking' or 'notchy' feel like cheaper intonation tools. It just tightens on and does the job.

Without this tool, it is hard to adjust the intonation of a guitar (with Edge Zero 2with) with high accuracy.
