I ordered a 12 pack box of 20x20 squares. When I got them all put together I was short for what I only actually needed; 8 by my calculations. So I measured and they are only 18x18. I got 25 percent less than I paid for. Waiting to hear back from seller. Updated; I needed 8 panels to create a 5 foot 6 circle and then another 4 panels for another area. Ended up having to use all 12 panels, piecing it together where I could cut the circle. Once I got my circle cut and applied it to the wall it was see through, not full at all and had to use the cut pieces by removing the branches and double stacking them thoroughly to create more fullness. This is my result. Response time is very slow but Customer service said “Manual measurement sometimes has a little error, hope you kindly understand.” And offered to give me back $15; $22.50 would be 25% of what I paid. Still need the 4 panels I calculated based on what was advertised. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They finally agreed to refund the 25% that I paid for and didn’t receive. BUYER BEWARE!

This is 12 pieces. It was a bit of effort to put together. It’s similar to a puzzle! I love it!
