Reliable, fast and thorough.
I had my laptop for some time and it was working wonderfully. When I first bought it, there was some issues with the ports being too tight. After time my keyboard was fried, fans were bad and another one of my ports had a jack stuck inside. I sent the computer in and not only was all of the damage dealt to it over time fixed, but they also fixed the original issue I had when receiving the new product. Overall, it came back as good as new, extremely fast service, easy to follow instructions, and an incredibly clean finish.

Feels like a run around
Working to get my laptop repaired through the asurion plan I ordered has been a nightmare. As I bought my device refurbished on Amazon, I don't have whatever serial number it is they say they need to be able to repair the device. Best I can figure is that number was either on the box, on the faded sticker, or was never provided to me. When I sent my device to be repaired intially, it was returned with a message in the box, never mind trying to reach me while they had the device, stating they couldn't verify it was the device covered by the plan. Mind you, I've never used this coverage for anything previously and it was bought the same time as the laptop and is the only item in the price range it covers that I have bought. Regardless, I called to let them know about the issue and I was assured that they used the previous service number as my tracking number and that they now had that in their system to use when I sent it back in for repair. They said that they had to process and get the number in the system and complete that repair status for some reason . That should have fixed the no serial number issue. Well, I sent it in again and it was again returned, not repaired, and with the EXACT SAME MESSAGE ! I'm so frustrated with the run around. This has been months at this point. I guess it's a good thing I haven't had to rely on this laptop for work or anything, as many people have been doing in recent years, and as I also was but no longer had to when it crashed. Though it's concerning how horrible the service has been, and makes me feel I'm not only going to be out the cost of the laptop but also the additional cost of purchasing this supposed protection plan, an additional $80 ! Their possible redeeming quality is that you can usually reach someone by phone and that their shipping back and forth of the device is pretty quick. Not sure what else to say at this time. Will try and update if they ever figure out how to resolve their issue and repair my device.

First repair failed, but Asurion made it right
After Asurion fixed the screen of my laptop, the computer came back with a fan problem that triggered a BIOS alarm. I had to return it again and Asurion reimbursed me of my purchase. The whole thing took quite a while (1 month), but at the end Asurion made it right

Very pleased with ease & speed of response. warranty worth the money spent!
professional service; quick delivery; excellent value for money spent Definitely a great relief after finding my lap top "wet" in the bag in the SUV from a spilled water bottle - I didn't see that one happening. I didn't see the warranty covering it BUT IT DID> YAH! IN FULL Thank goodness! I answered a few questions; they sent me packaging and a label and three business days later. TA-Dah the full refund gift card was in my email. The coverage with the service is a combination can't be beat!

A quality warranty service
Dec. 2023 purchased Lenovo 17.3" and the Asurion warranty, 9 months later it went black for no reason. Lenovo was still under manufacture warranty so too early for Asurion. Laptop sent to Lenovo depot twice both times they said it was fixed but it wasn't. My laptop would randomly reboot every few minutes. Spoke to CS many times. Lenovo sent me to escalations for a refund. Now I find out the laptop, sold NEW by a third-party company on Amazon was alter beyond the capacity of the unit. I called Asurion and they put me in touch with Amazon who put me in touch with the third-party company. Neither would help. I called Asurion back and even though they did not have to help at all since it was still under Lenovo warranty. Asurion took over, sent me box to get the laptop to them, they found it could not be repaired. Asurion refunded my total cost of the Lenovo with an Amazone gift card. Asurion did not have to help me at all. I would say it goes to the Character of their company. I can't thank them enough.
