So far so good! This product is high quality looking and is easy to install and easy to refill The 3m tape is holding up well, no screws needed (after wiping down the shower wall with alcohol first). I'll add that i have an acrylic surround, so I dont know how it would stick with tiles, but I'd imagine much the same. Also, It doesn't look like it will rust anywhere. The price is a little high, but I have a friend who has had this for a few years and it is well made, so worth it. I got this to prevent my kids from using entire bottles every time they shower and creating a slip and slide.

Looks nice works well.
No problem with it sticking to the tile wall. Only one of the caps/tops is fitting down, one has cracked and it loosely sitting on top. That's OK. It really cleans itself, wipe it occasionally. Each section lifts off of the back panel but I found that necessary only once. Any product with tiny beads, scented seeds etc. will jam it up and it must be cleaned with hot water and the kitchen cake tester to poke the junk out. I still like it a lot.

Nice pump but fell off the wall 2 months on; poor customer support
PROS: Very attractive Installs easily Pump works well CONS: Fell off the wall 2 months after installation Customer support was poor (see below) SimpleHuman did not stand behind this product Replacement part plus shipping increased the cost of this item by 30% (not acceptable) OVERVIEW: I purchased this product in 9/2025 and installed it per manufacturer instructions; just shy of 2 months later it fell off the wall. The pump itself is well made and was a pleasure to use, but it's not much good if it doesn't stay affixed to the wall. It took 10 days for customer support to get back to me to figure out how to solve the problem. Two issues: 1) it was an AI customer support bot that answered the email; 2) the cost of the replacement installation plate + shipping was ridiculously high. I am now waiting for a replacement wall plate from SimpleHuman so I can reinstall it. On the basis of lack of support for their product and cost of purchasing a replacement part that should never have failed, I will not be purchasing from SimpleHuman again. FULL REVIEW: The simplehuman Wall Mount Pump comes with the pump itself and a wall mount. The wall mount has a silicone adhesive. You basically clean off your non-porous surface (in my case, bathroom tile), make sure the surface is dry, and stick the plate on the wall. I waited 24 hours before hooking the pump into place. It connected easily and was solidly attached to the wall. Soap or shampoo can be placed in the pump by simply removing the top of the plastic hold tank. It holds 15 ounces of liquid. The valve easily opened and closed to remove the liquid. The pump itself is solidly made and all the parts function well and function smoothly. It is designed well. However, 2 months after the install, I heard a crash from the upstairs bathroom. The wall plate failed and the pump had fallen to the bottom of the shower. Given that it was solidly made, the pump survived the fall completely intact. The problem: how to reinstall it. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ISSUES: I went to the simplehuman website and contacted customer support via email asking for a new adhesive strip so I could reinstall the plate. 6 days later, no answer. I re-emailed customer support and got a message back 2 days later: "Thanks for reaching out. The adhesive strips for the Single Wall Mount Shower Pump are not sold separately. They are pre-attached to the wall plate, so if the adhesive is no longer effective, you would need to order a new wall plate for your dispenser. You can find the replacement wall plate, which includes fresh adhesive backing, at this link." "For installation, the included 3M double-sided adhesive works best on smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces like bathroom tile. Make sure the area is clean and dry before applying. Prolonged steam may weaken the adhesive over time. If you want to reinforce the adhesion, consider applying a small amount of 100% silicone sealant along the top edge, or use hardware screws suitable for your wall if additional security is needed (screws are not included)." "If you need further assistance, feel free to let me know." "Warm Regards simplehuman AI Customer Support MAJOR PROBLEMS HERE: 1) if this is AI support, why did it take a reminder email and 8 days to answer ? Normally, 2-3 business days. With an AI agent it could potentially be instantaneous. In any event, this is a 'real' company, not a no-name generic manufacturer. I expected real back up here. 2) the link took me to the simplehuman site: the part cost seven dollars plus tax--seemingly reasonable--but the shipping added another nine. And there was no other shipping option available. All in all we're talking seventeen dollars to get this thing up and running again. The cost of getting the new panel is about 34% of the previous cost of this item. Not cool. 3) simplehuman is a higher end brand. When you buy form them you are supposed to receive a quality product (hopefully) but you DO pay for that. This kind of price gouging isn't a good look for this company. I expected more from them. 4) There is something eerily ironic that a company named 'simplehuman' uses AI instead of actual customer support people. Neither simple nor human. Discuss. CONCLUSION: To make a long story short, I opted to purchase a new panel for reinstallation, in spite of the price. I will reinstall it, again, per manufacturer's instructions. If it falls off again, I'll be contacting the BBB. The pump itself gets 5 stars, the installation, so far, gets 1 star, and customer support would get 1/2 star, if that was something I could do. As I have little use for a wall pump that will not stay on the wall, I can't give this more than a single star. This is exceedingly rare for me. I can't remember the last time I reviewed an Amazon product and gave it 1 star. I always try to give a product a fair shake, but it's hard to find value in a wall pump that won't stay on the wall. I will updated this review after reinstalling it. Sadly, not recommended and given my experience I would not purchase products from simplehuman again.

Price point is worth it.
Will start off by saying that I’m new to simplehuman products. I’ve their paper towel holder with spray bottle combo and love it but that’s for another review for another time. With that as I was looking for other products from them I came across this. I’ve seen similar products with virtually the same look. Some of the others are at a cheaper price. I did stop to think about it for a few moments as the selling price for this was $79.99. After a few moments of thinking about how much I really liked the paper towel holder, I decided to just buy it as I really liked the design and hoped that the quality is worth the price. Once I received it the look and feel does not seem cheap at all. Very sturdy. It was so simple to set up. I went with just using the adhesive. I cleaned the area that I was going to stick it to and once I did that let it set overnight. Then I put the rest of it together and that only took a few moments. The size is pretty good not to much or to little. It holds the 15oz of soap, shampoo and conditioner easily. Super easy to fill. The pump function is pretty generous and I feel that I don’t go through my products as fast as I used to. So in a way it has helped me safe some money as well so far. I would recommend this to anyone looking to save space in their shower or just like the look.

This time, you get what you pay for
Previously tried 5 others, cheaper, even those with "improved" or "upgraded" pumps. They are all useless. The pistons are plastic with a badly fitting O ring in all cases which do not pump and/or leak because they do not fit correctly. I dismantled one and repaired it by tying 3 layers of dental floss in the grove before replacing the O ring to make a tighter seal. It worked pretty well, but then the other pump started leaking, so return the whole thing. These are expensive, but only relative to cheap rubbish that does not work. Buy these they work, pump well and do not leak.

Good product
Good, reasonably reliable product that I have bought several versions of. Once you get them mounted, a reasonably easy operation, they work well and they are mostly durable. Any bath product that contains even the smallest granules should never be used in these devices.

Fantastic shower dispenser
I bought this to replace another product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FGCW0K The above product was compact but there were trade-offs with the annoying refill process, which was a pain if one of the dispensed products ran out before the others, and the fact it's entirely plastic. The plastic build was its downfall, as the main container began to crack, and then the threaded part for the pump snapped off when trying to clean out the old product. The simplehuman triple wall mount shower pump feels far more substantial and quality. I also appreciate the fact that I could individually remove and refill a pump with product. Refilling a pump is very straightforward and so is cleaning them out. Each squeeze of the pump dispenses a very usable amount of product and you can modulate it to lessen the amount. I also like the ability to hang my shaving razor on the side of a pump. The length of the warranty (5 years) and the ability to get replacement parts on the simplehuman website is also a big plus. I do see other people complaining about the mount's adhesive failing and I've not encountered that, even on a tiled wall, as I made sure to clean the surface and waited at least 24 hours for the VHB adhesive to cure to 90% strength. I do recommend reviewing the VHB curing chart, as it is temperature dependent. The adhesive IS very strong (3M VHB) and it is removable, but not reusable, as I did end up buying a 2nd wall mount after changing my mind on the initial mounting location (respect its depth if you have a smaller shower stall like me). You can use some Goo Gone or WD40 to weaken the adhesive, then separate it by inserting something like a grout spatula into it and working it off the wall (I used a plastic grout spatula with a hammer); I think some people have done something similar with fishing line. Afterward, you should be able to clean up the remaining adhesive with a razor scraper.

Awesome shower pump, just attach it to the wall using a carbide drill bit and 3 screws.
This is the second Simplehuman Triple Shower Pump I've purchased/installed in a bathroom. The product itself is great, the pull motion to dispense is solid and reliable. It's stylish as a mofo. However, the only words of wisdom I can depart are to drill the 3 holes into your shower wall to attach it securely. I read multiple reviews recommending the use of industrial exterior waterproof velcro, and while it worked for them, it definitely did not work for me. Disclaimer: I'm a huge fan of double-sided tape, rail tape, and velcro in general, but in a shower setting where there is extreme moisture, heat, and a few pounds of constant downforce after the 3 containers are fully filled, it's only a matter of time before the stickiness from the tape fails and the whole thing comes crashing down. It's always a 5-star review until it isn't. In my case, I secured the velcro forcefully to the backplate using all my muscles, pressed firmly, and let it adhere to the subway tile for over an hour before I filled up all containers and attached them to the backplate. However, the velcro managed to detach slowly from the tile in less than 24 hours after I finished filling up each of the 3 containers. Luckily, I caught it before the unit completed detached from the wall and shattered into a million pieces on the shower floor. After screaming M**therf*cker!! I removed the velcro from the backplate, marked the same location on the shower wall, and drilled 3 holes (use a carbide drill bit for tile). It's not a fun process but 3 screws will never eventually fail like an adhesive. In summary, the shower pump is awesome but there is a tiny bit of lateral give to each individual container after it's secured (which isn't a dealbreaker). I am considering buying this again for another bathroom, but I'll cut the bs and just drill into the wall from the get-go. Peace.
