Product was good but the fittings were awful
Filter and faucet are fine but Valve is low quality and leaking. More than 80% of piping in UK is 1/2" brass and your adaptor does not works for them.

Leaks
Worked well until I had to change the filter. A plumber managed OK the 1st change of filter. The 2nd time no success, and had to throw it away, not even the plumber could fit it back in without leaking. A nightmare. Not sure what alternative is there to a filter with ANSI/53 certification.

Effective filter to get nice tasting water
This filter offered a direct replacement like for like with the original filter fitted to our kitchen filter tap. It is effective at removing the chlorine taste that is in our mains water supply. The original fitted filter element was replaced at 12 months old when there was a noticeable difference in the water supply flow. The flow is now back to full strength which shows that the old filter element had been effective at capturing other small particles in the water supply. It was easy to change. In terms of Value for money the cost works out at around 43 pence per week to have a nice tasting water supply which beats buying the bottled water that we used to.

Faucet leaks
Filter is good, but the faucet starts leaking after 8 months. Any idea on how to fix it ?
