Dealing with circuit boards or soldering wires together, I need the object stable- unmovable. This third hand does the job! I definitely recommend it for what it’s worth.

Very cool product. The usb rechargeable flashlight is a warm welcome along with the magnifying glass. The only problem is that the entire thing tends to tip over, and it would be nice to have a weighted bottom. I guess you could just add some weight yourself

This one was just mostly OK. It is useful for holding things, so it checks that box. I had two of the NPT connectors that were broken right out of the box. One had a small crack across the hex portion that a wrench would touch. The other one was cracked right above the hex portion, so the hose ended up snapping it the rest of the way. I had replacements on hand, so it wasn't a huge deal for me. I would have been pretty annoyed if I didn't have replacements on hand.The flashlight had an additional screw-on cap in my kit that allowed it to fit properly, so I didn't have the problem that others had. The aluminum base is pretty nice, but it can be a bit tippy if you have something heavy-ish towards the top. I got around this with some heavy duty magnets. I have some 1 inch disk magnets that slide just under the base. I put one in the middle (under the base) and then one on top of the middle circle of the base to lock it down. It really helps.

I like this arm and the fact that you can remove the arms as you need but it can be a bit much sometimes. Its rather large and something I have a hard time getting the arms to sit how I want them to.

I like that you can use the base to hold the flux while you solder and the light comes in really useful, but there are a couple issues that make me wish I bought a different stand. The arms can be finicky when trying to get them to hold wires next to eachother, and I wish the base was heavier to avoid tipping the arms over when something isn't directly over the base.Overall I'd say it's pretty average, nothing outstanding, but not completely unusable.

No se como pasé tantos años soldando sin un apoyo así. Sumamente cómodo y ajustable. Mi único reparo, es que la lámpara incluida no tiene mucha capacidad en la batería. Salvo por ello, excelente producto.
