Bought for gifts for beginning bakers. I love the recipes and have lots of success with them.

I tried a couple recipes and they all come out delicious. It's a book I like for the quick and easy recipes that don't require "special" ingredients.

I enjoy baking, and I am always excited about trying out new recipes. Additionally, I love the idea of quick and easy cooking instructions with five or less ingredients.

Excited to get this book; recipes look great & fast! I need your opinion though! I made the Apple Muffins Recipe which reads: makes 1 DOZEN MUFFINS. Turns out, I had enough batter for 24, and batter left over! Were they to be " jumbo muffins"? I followed the recipe exact! Any suggestions? Thanks! I was going to give 4 stars, BUT,.,,
