I love love love this soup cookbook!! The day I got it I decided to flag just the recipes I wanted to make first and ended up with a LOT of flags!!I've only made one recipe so far, roasted pepper potato soup, and it was crazy good! Like loaded potato soup but with a mildly spicy pepper twist to it...yum yum yum!!!Right now the rain is coming down in sheets and the wind is howling... Perfect night to make another delicious new soup! Only problem is choosing which one...🤔

Love this!! Was not expecting such a qood quality book on Soup...all 900 recipes. I have a large library of cookbooks and I am a foodie. This book gives you something for everyone...even chilies. You can always add your own twist. I always add lemon zest at the end to brighten any soup. The recipes are easy and Easy to Read! So tired of getting a new book and it's a font #2...on gray scale. All the chapters are broken down by the main ingredient. I already have vegtable and bean soups marked off. I also bought this as used and it arrived in new condition. I will be ordering this one as gifts for any of my soup lover friends. Buy this!!
