Lightweight. Arrived damaged with broken tool tray. Have been trying to get the manufacturer to replace the broken tray. After two weeks trying to contact them they will sell a replacement tool tray for $19.95 plus shipping. So much for the 10 year warranty!

Looking at the other reviews and the 2 step model we ordered this one. It is very poor quality and is more than double the price of other options available on amazon itself. Do not buy. Strictly no. And the product has a warranty of only 1 year against others who offer 10 years!!

I have bought this make of ladders before and they didn't disappoint,neither do these.Wanted a small pair for use in the house to enable me to carry out small jobs ,they are lightweight yet sturdy.Dispatch was speedy and efficient.The item arrived as described and undamaged.Would definitely buy from the seller again.
