Awesome QUALITY soap pump, especially for kitchen
We use this in our kitchen for dish soap. Family of 4, it take a good amount of abuse. Had it for 5 months now and it works great. There is NO rust and very small water spot. Everything we have in the kitchen and bathroom have 100x more calcium buildup, this one doesn't.Oh yeah, it also looks cool. The pump and spigot is not damaged at all. Yes the body is plastic but it doesnt look like it. First i wanted it to be glass, so it wont change color, but now after 5 months of using this, I am glade it is plastic and durable as hell. No the plastic does not change color or fade, it is suppper thick.Yes it is pricey but if you add up the cost of buying and replacing those cheap one that clams to be stainless steel but rust, you will be saving money and frustration. This will last us at least a few years before we replace it, not because i think it will break but because style changes.

Lasted about three years.......
So far,so good. Have only been using about a week. Updating my review.Must change my rating...... down to only two stars at three years of using product. Metal split, rust formed that could not be removed. Looked good for about three years but I do not want a rusty container on display at my kitchen sink. Sorry but threw it away. :(

Excellent .... For 4 months then it fell apart :(
Well made, easy to fill, one hand operational. Excellent quality. I use it on my kitchen sink to dispense liquid dish soap. I spent a lot of time checking out many other soap pumps, some more and some less expensive than this Kruvan product. I usually like OXO kitchen gadgets, but the poor reviews for the OXO soap dispensers nixed those.OK here's an updated after 4 monthsBought this back in January. My review above was after brief use. Now it is early June and the spout fell off, it leaks soap and the seal or glue between the metal top and plastic sides has failed. So disappointed! Cannot be returned.

Looks Great, But...
Nice finish, pump works flawlessly, good looks. Why two stars? It leaks through the bottom of the cap. Too bad, a defect that a cheap gasket could have fixed. I haven't decided yet whether to return it or make a gasket myself. It seems to be impossible to find a refillable soap dispenser that works without any flaws.Edit: You can avoid the leak from the lid/cap if you are very meticulous when you fill the jar. Any soap on the inside of the lid/cap or on the thread will make its way down and leak out and look unsightly on top of the jar. Since this is not too difficult to do, I upped the ratings to 4 stars.

The product looks exactly like the picture
The product looks exactly like the picture. It looks very well made and depending on the soap you use can match almost any kitchen. Only gave 3 stars because the pump only disperses about a drop or two on each pump, I am using dawn platinum as my soap.

Perfect for the Kitchen
Really like this dispenser for our liquid dish soap in the Kitchen. Very attractive container and it dispenses a typical amount of dish soap for doing dishes. Also, the angle of the spout means you don't have to touch the soap, it can go straight into the sink. Before had one that was more for bathroom use, and it just work well for dish soap. Previously would have to pump about 10 times to use for dishes, but this one is much more suited for the job. This one is very easy to fill and you can see how much soap is left too, which is nice.

3 months of use and still great!
I waited to review because several different pumps I have bought failed after my initial good review and I am glad I waited because this pump is even better than I initially thought. Obviously, it is a beautiful pump sitting on the counter and several visitors have all commented on how nice it looks. I use to use foaming soap to save but this pump allows you to pump as much or as little soap as you need by how much you depress the pump. I have had no leakage from the top, it does not drip, if your hands are sticky you can press the pump with the back of your hand, and having refilled the pump multiple times I have noticed no problems with sticking or lack of performance over time. The price has come down considerably - I paid $11 more for the pump but on the bright side, I am ordering 3 more and this price point is a lot easier on my wallet. It is the best soap pump I have ever used and works great with my favourite soap which is also available on Amazon - Dr Woods shea butter black soap (original is great, so is the lavender and almond).

UPDATE: bought 2 and one is defective and one is perfect
UPDATE:I initially gave 5 stars and now I am giving 2 stars. I purchased 2 of these... one of them is perfect and the other seems to be leaking some type of dark stuff (and it is not the liquid soap)... I think there is some defect in one of the dispensers. Also, the defective one seems to be gathering moisture inside the bottle, making it not look very nice. I purchased these the end of May 2016, so they are relatively new. The problem has been going on for a while and at first I thought it was just because it was new but it does appear to be defective. The other one is perfect. I hope the seller will see this review and offer to replace one of the dispensers. They are $18 and that is pricey for something that is defective. I would be willing to call customer service if someone would send me their number.Product appears as described. I have used it & it's nice. but have not used it for that long so I can't speak to how well it will hold up. This product does have material on the bottom (which is good as i am using it in my kitchen). I bought one from another seller that does not have material on the bottom and using that one in the bathroom (on the ledge of the tub) and if it had material on the bottom, it may end up getting wet.
