Tasty kombucha in a can!
These are very good, especially the blood orange flavor. Cans are more convenient than bottles and easier to recycle.

Best kombucha on the market.
I prefer the taste from a glass bottle rather than a can. Even when pouring into a glass. I do think Humm is the best kombucha out there.

Massive dose of B-Vitamins within this drink gives me severe headaches
For some reason, the manufacturer has opted to add a huge dose of B-vitamins into this drink. I normally take vitamins daily, and they already contain more than enough B-vitamins in them. In fact, the first day that I tried this Humm drink, I washed my normal daily vitamins down using this kombucha drink. The only positive that I can say about this Humm kombucha is that I certainly did enjoy the taste of this Peach-flavored drink. Queue the massive migraine and dizziness about an hour later, after I finished the drink, and I start back-tracking everything that I consumed and did on that day...I discover that this can has 1500% of our daily value of B-vitamins... I then look up the symptoms of a B vitamin overdose...Yep, it had to be the B-vitamins. The headache and dizziness was so uncomfortable that I considered going to urgent care, but I took ibuprofen and pounded a lot of water, and after half a day, it got better. I then waited and skipped a whole day of not having another Humm kombucha drink, and I did not take any vitamins, and once again I tried to drink only this Humm kombucha drink, and it was okay the 2nd time around, but I still got a slight headache and I NEVER get headaches. That's when it dawned on me, I can basically never take my normal daily vitamins again and continue to drink this Humm Kombucha drink on the same day, or at least it would have to be many, many hours apart which Im not going to deal with. It's very unfortunate that Humm opted to add a ton of B-vitamins to this drink. If they made a truly kombucha-only beverage, then Im sure that I would be very pleased with the product. Too many health products these days add a lot of different vitamins, which isnt only bad, but the problem is that the manufacturers are way too liberal with B-vitamins and the high-dosage of various vitamins, in my opinion. Search online if you dont believe me, and lookup what can happen to you with a B-vitamin overdose. If you eat a normal and healthy diet, you dont need so many B-vitamins (nor do you need a lot of other vitamins either unless you have underlying health issues). Its also ironic, because I eat a keto-friendly food bar every day as well, and I checked this food bar for how many B-vitamins are in it, and its 200% daily value. Add up all of the B-vitamins (and other vitamins) that we consume from these various health products in a single day, and you might be causing yourself more harm than good. Im really frustrated because I wont be drinking anymore of these, and I only had 4 out of the 12 cans so far...I tried my best to make it work. Now it's back to the drawing board on finding a good sugar-free kombucha without tons of extra vitamins thrown into it for fun. I noticed that some other reviews here on Amazon for this same product also complained about the B-vitamins. Humm, if you're listening, I would appreciate it if you would please completely get rid of the B-vitamins, or lower the dosage a LOT, like down to 100% of daily value or something...then I will certainly come back and buy the product and give you a 5-star rating. Your mileage will vary with this drink, depending on your own health, body, and diet.

Kombucha or Kombuchew? It depends
I have a lot to say about this product but I'll try to keep my review brief (HA!) based on things that are important to me when it comes to Kombucha.I look primarily for:SUGAR CONTENT: This Kombucha is arguably the best in this department - hence the 3 stars. I don't like artificial sugars because my gut doesn't like them. If it's natural sugar, it's better, but I prefer the sugar content to be around 8g of sugar because I drink them first in the morning to replace yogurt since dairy is problematic for my sinuses. Too much sugar in the morning is no Bueno for me. If it's more than 8g, I save half for later to drink the next day. This is problematic because if the fermentation isn't great, then that great 'bubble' Kombucha has, doesn't last. This Kombucha seemed great, and I was willing to pay more because the sugar content was 0g.ADDED VITAMINS: This Kombucha adds B12. Which is another reason this Kombucha merits 3 stars. My body does not absorb B12 easily, so I look for lots of ways to incorporate it into my diet to get as much as possible.CALORIES: - This is low on my list of importance but it's something I notice. Most grocery store Kombucha ranges from 110-160 calories depending on the brand. This Kombucha only has around 10 calories.CARBONATION/For lack of a better word (Fermented Fizz Factor): This Kombucha falls on its face in this department and it's also why it lost a star. The nice fizz you get from grocery store Kombucha is really missing here. It's almost like you've had the can open for a day in the fridge and then decided to drink it the next day. It's just flat tasting.TASTE: This is really where this Kombucha fails for me and the major reason it lost a star. It lacks that vinegary taste combined with sweetness that makes Kombucha so delicious sometimes. There is only one solid winner in this variety pack, and for me, that was the peach tea. It has the best taste by far out of the four. Now taste varies. I get it. However, the other two flavors, Blood Orange and Ginger Lemonade would have been much better if they didn't taste so flat. The Peach Tea flavor was so strong, it overrode the terrible flatness that accompanies all the flavors. Now, I thought I didn't care for the Blood Orange, but then I tried the ABSOLUTE WORST of all of these: the Raspberry Lemonade. There is zero taste of raspberry and zero taste of Lemonade. It tastes almost rotten, and I feel like I licked a bunch of Antibiotics for fun. I suspect whatever flavor they used has been overridden by the B12 because the B12 vitamin can be pretty strong tastewise. I can barely swallow this stuff. I have to chug it back quickly and then drink a bunch of water. I will not be pouring it down the drain because it was far too much money to just throw away. I'd give it away but I'd be afraid someone else might just throw it away out of disgust. It tastes that bad. If you are torn on purchasing this, and the flavor is not important to you, 100% I recommend it because this IS much healthier than normal Kombucha. If TASTE is important to you and you feel like LIFE is TOO Short to be drinking nasty stuff, DO NOT purchase this Kombucha variety pack. If you can, purchase the Peach Tea separately. It is scrumptious. I hope that helps someone else make a decision :)
