Beefy but be careful about wheel bite
Plenty of grip, heavy, make sure you have plenty of clearance or you could get nasty wheel bit while turning, these are huge wheels which I found great.

More Traction for The Action.
I have the Sector 9 Steamroller wheels on my longboard. My main focus in longboarding is "cruising", I do not do psycho downhills. Most of my skating in Hollywood (marble sidewalks = smooth ride), skating in DTLA (you'll lose some faith in humanity), and my fave, the Venice Beach boardwalk. These wheels are very good for a large cruiser, smooth ride, they go over most anything (including the yellow plastic deathtraps at intersections as well as L.A. manhole covers). These wheels offer a massive amount of grip, on a downhill cruise I leaned so far in the carve I almost fell off the board, but the board did not budge, stayed glued to the street. These will NOT slide well, if you want to slide get Butterballs or Skiddles. These wheels are about carving and traction. My only complaints are - these are center-set, (if they were off-set the "wide body" effect would be greater) and they are also a tad expensive. But for me and my board and riding style (6'2", 40" cruiser w/ kick, cruising) these wheels are close to ideal. Similar wheels would be the Orangatang In Heat and the Arbor Summits. But keep in mind, these are the WIDEST wheels you can buy, if you need stability and traction for a big board I would definitely check these out.
