This low carb protein is really up to me increase my protein intake. And it tastes great!

Several months ago, BioTrust sent me a FREE trial canister of 4 servings. I got the Milk Chocolate and it was delicious! It is a little pricey for a regular cannister - 2 scoops/14 srv/$34, so I did not reorder - but I loved it & kept this brand in the back of my mind in case finances changed. I came across it on Amazon and found it available on subscribe & save for 15% off, so decided to give it a shot. This time I ordered the Choc Peanut Butter. And man! This is my all-time favorite smoothie! I have one serving left in the bag and it is still 11 days till my next S&S order arrives. I'm getting two bags next month so I don't run out. I have a this craving for Strawberry Milk, and you can't find a decent one at all in the stores. They always have colors or something that totally spoils it for me getting them. But this is the most delicious shake you will try. I only use one scoop to 8 ounces and almost thought they gave me the wrong size scoop because there is no way you could use two scoops in 8 ounces. 1 scoop to 12 ounces of milk etc... I use 1 scoop to either skim or 2% low fat milk and it is like I said really delicious and there is some clumping, but think of it as a Banana, who cares. This is good stuff. This is my opinion anyway.

I love it & so does my grandson! He's in college and always packs his Biotrust Protein powder. Have been using it for years! It's delicious as a bedtime smoothie!

I like that the ingredients are clean and okay for a low carb diet, but I wasn't a fan of the taste. I actually needed to add a little bit of sugar-free flavored syrup to curb its off-putting taste. Don't think I will be purchasing it again. Wish it tasted better.
