Sweating capacity is good you do sweat good in it size is exactly as described easy to use and quality is good too

The size i get in clothes is the size i ordered perfect fit, quality is very good on point looks great when I wear it but do wash it first as it has a fish kind of smell when it arrives

This is a great sauna suit & would have got 5 stars but for the sizing guide. It does exactly what it says & excellent for making you sweat way more than usual, for that it would get 5 stars.Unfortunately I do not fall under any of the sizes in the sizing guide as I am 5’ 8” with a 48” chest & weighing 250llbs so I looked at the manufacturers recommendation of using chest size & weight which suggested 5XL. Airing on the side of caution I ordered a 4XL & waited with excitement for next day delivery which as per usual with Amazon arrived on time. Out of the box & into the Hotsuit &.......I was wearing a TENT! It was MASSIVE!I returned it the same day & ordered another one, XXL which came the next day...perfect size. With the perfect size now known I ordered a 2nd one in a different colour.Just to show how well these work, I lost 9llbs in two days by doing 30 minutes on the running machine each day. I had swimming pools in the arms (disgusting I know) but that is what they are designed to do. Just make sure you take it off while standing in the bath or shower or you will be cleaning up a sweaty mess.

Great item for Physical training really is,works a sweat up very quickly.I recommend this item to anyone who wants to lose a few pounds of fat I have lost 6lb in 2 weeks.

Great material definitely makes you sweat whilst putting in the hardwork, easy and quick to wash by hand, only thing i would recommend if you are buying is go up by 2 sizes as i am 6ft 4 and normally a large but had to order XXL and it fit perfectly. Other than the size ranges being abit of the product is definitely worth it.
