Really Great Tasting Pasta. If you pay attention to the cooking instructions, you can go just a bit longer than recommended when cooking at Green Bay, Wisconsin, Altitude for Al-danta's perfect Pasta.

DeCecco makes the best pasta.
Great flavor. Excellent texture. I wish my local stores sold this. Of all the pastas I've tried, De Cecco is the best. Try stuffing cooked Paccheri with a mixture of crumbled and browned hot Italian sausage, caramelized onions, and cheese. Top with your favorite red sauce and fresh basil. Make them as a meal, or serve them as an appetizer. Yum!

I was interested in this unusual size pasta. I baked the cooked pasta in the oven covered with a bolognese style sauce, substituting lentils for meat. Can't produce photo because we ate it all.
