No pain in the neck
The apparatus works great. I wish it would pull further up. My lower neck and upper back feel much better. The quality is good.

Overpriced
It works. Well made. Easy to operate. Overpriced. About double to what it should be.

Very well-made
I have cervical disc herniation. So using this machine definitely helps alleviate the pain in my neck. I used to have one that had a pump which I kinda liked better than the dial on this one. Because when it released it released slowly. This one releases fast, so if there is an improvement suggestion, I would say the air pump is better, but I still love this one

Doesn't do what you think
This doesn't do what others think it is. The pressure being felt is not the stretch, but rather the pressure from the pads against your head. Why this doesn't work..Your body moves while you turn the dial and you end up maxing out how far it will go. The only way to get the full use like in a rehab as i did, would be for the upper body to be secured so it doesn't slide up and for the device to be secured so it doesn't slude down. I somewhat tried this in bed. Surely not worth $300 as there are a couple other things to try. I returned this and got the neck collar that pumps up in tge back seems to work a bit better.

It’s ok but not the best
This product seems very sturdy. The challenge for me is that I’ve been receiving physical therapy treatments and they always end with a similar device but theirs has a much larger incline so I feel like I get a different traction with that one. This one seems to slide a lot so you have to find a rubberized surface to put it on, but then also it’s done with a tension spring and the tension spring doesn’t seem very strong so it will only click up a few times before the weight of your head causes the spring not to give additional traction. It is certainly better than nothing, but I don’t feel like it is the best given I’ve used a similar one that costs three times this much and is more effective. But at this cost, I will keep trying to make it work!

Effective and less expensive than the other one recommended
The sub $100 ones are not good if you have truly cervical disc/radicular issues. The one recommended by physical therapists can go $350-$600, so this is definitely a good deal. I also think this is an advantage with the dial for adjusting tension. I highly recommend.
