Not so hot
This tastes fairly decent, but without gluten the strands fall apart (especially when reheated), and the texture isn't great. It didn't seem to absorb sauce well, either, so what's the point? If you absolutely can't give up eating pasta, then this is worth a try, just don't expect it to come close to the experience of eating a high-quality wheat product.

Tastes Good
The taste of this spaghetti was very close to regular spaghetti. The only difference I could really tell was that you couldn't cook this spaghetti as much as regular spaghetti or it becomes like paste. so the texture is a little different but it does taste like regular spaghetti.

Great Pasta
This pasta has a great texture and flavor! Even the "wheaties" (wheat eaters) in our home love it. No more cooking 2 kinds of pasta for me!

Doesn't taste gluten free!
Tastes great! Doesn't even taste gf. One of the best pastas I have found. Reasonably priced as well. Much better than pasta that is made with just corn flour.
