I love those bands, I bought them many times and use them a lot at work as a PT and give them away to my clients for them to use at home, or work away as you can take it anywhere.Great they come in set of 3 different resistance so perfect for everyone, from beginner to advanced.Very good quality/durability which doesn't change overtime. You can really feel your bum and legs muscles working hard. Recommend to anyone, especially for people who are sitting a lot/office work etc.

Love these! They're so much better than the plastic/silicon bands as they don't slip or curl up, and unlike other makes the resistance varies (some just change the loop size). These have made my workouts harder and more fun
