These leashes are great! I love the rope style for hard pullers and powerful dogs. The hard wear seems sturdy and the handle is comfortable. It is also very reflective at night when light shines on it (see pic with flash). The only thing I prefer is a longer lead, but it depends on your dog and location for that. That being said, I do think these are worth the price point and I love having them for grab and go.

I got these because our old leashes were...well...a lovely patchwork compilation of knots and and frays trying to stay together still. I do have one dog who is an extreme puller, and while I am still trying to work on that with him the traditional nylon leashes KILL my hand- my hands have literally been bruised, angry red, or even a lovely welted look from my big guy pulling me, and wearing gloves doesn't help as much as I would hope plus it's Florida and gloves are not appreciated for the extra heat either. So I got these, along with some regular nylon ones to have on hand (longer leashes). These work well, appear very durable, and thankfully my dogs aren't the type to go after and chew on the leashes so I can't comment on the 'chew' durability of them. I also can't speak to the durability of the plastic pieces that others have mentioned breaking- they look like they will hold up for years, but I have only had these a few weeks so only time will tell.One BIG plus is that these are GREAT for arthritis! My Father will walk one of the dogs with me on occasion as the walking is great for his health, but he has terrible arthritis in his hands and the first day he went on a walk using one of these leashes he was so happy! He said it was like clouds for his arthritic hands! (Also, he didn't have the big puller, just the medium puller from our dog group). They may not end up feeling as wonderful as clouds for you, but if you have arthritis or other hand joint pain I guarantee this is a step up from the regular nylon style handles.My one complaint is that I wish this was offered in different lengths. I much prefer the standard 6ft leashes, and wish that had been an option.

Great deal for these leashes. I have only used them a couple times so hopefully they'll hold up, but they seem like they will. They are a good length and the foam on the handle is comfortable even when my dogs pull. I also like that there's a little metal ring to clip things on to, like our poo bag dispenser. They had a strong smell when I first opened the box, but I hung them up outside for a little while and it went away.

I love these leashes. Very reflective, strong, and easy on the hands. Just the right length to have control while your dog isn't restricted too much. I am baffled by the amount of bad reviews saying the dog chewed through it. It's rope. There are rope toys. Of course if you let your dog chew it, it won't last. Leashes aren't for chewing! Keep it out of the dog's mouth. That is on the owners, not the leashes! These leashes are fantastic when used as intended. I highly recommend them. I did have an issue with the wrong item being sent but the seller sent the correct item out immediately. It arrived quicker than the initial shipment. I'm very happy with this seller.

Update: broke after a month, tried to get in touch with the seller since there is a 12 month money back guarantee and no response. Bad customer service. Poor quality.Original review: This is a great leash and a great deal. It’s design makes the handle super easy on the hand. I’ve only used it for about a week now but it seems sturdy, at first I was scared if I got tangled but the dogs that I would get rope burn but no, it appears that it’s thick rope yet gentle against the skin. I hope these last! I will update the review if I run into an issues.

At first glance these seem like really nice, durable leashes. The foam handle is a nice feature especially for those of us with big dogs that have a tendency to walk their owner instead of the other way around. Lol Which is why I gave 2 ☆'s. However, in less than a week of using them, my 1yr old German Shepherd managed to chew STRAIGHT THROUGH one of the leashes in literally a matter of MINUTES!! Just completely shredded it like it was NOTHING. Of course, once I saw what the inside of the leash was made of, it's no wonder my dog was able to so easily chew through it. It's made of nothing more than the equivalent of shoelaces! Maybe for small dogs or dogs that won't ever chew on them I guess they will do, but I absolutely would NOT waste my money on buying these leashes for big dogs, puppies &/or chewers, because these leashes simply do not stand a chance against them. 😒

Brought these for my son in March put always and took our to use and realized that one of the leashes is defective and missing a part to it. Make sure to check your least ASAP carefully when u get it says to late to return for me but wanted to help others for future purchase

If you have a puppy or young dog that chews on the leash BEWARE of this product!!!! My 3 month old puppy easily cracked the plastic part while we were walking and it came apart in long, sharp shards. Poor design. I removed the entire plastic cover from the leash and seems ok at this point but not sure how long til the leash just starts to fray and unravel. Thankfully I was walking him (not one of my kids) and paying attention to what had happened otherwise this situation could have led to an emergency for this pup.
