Works wonders. The north side of my house has a tendency to turn green every fall. This stuff erases it with one application. Don't be discourage if it seems to leave a light stain because in a few days the stain disappears completely

WORKS WELL HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES

This is 5% sodium hypochlorite [ the same ingredient as clorox bleach]. It is very useful for many cleaning jobs but the description stated it was good for aluminum. If used on aluminum such as a trailer, it will react with the alu.inum and emit flammable hydrogen. It will also corroded and pit aluminum. It is NOT to be used on any metal. My intentions were to clean mold from my aluminum trailer. Now I have to buy another product for that as this product is not good for that use. I intend to use this product for other more suitable uses.

Product definitely works as advertise on my wood fence. You do have to spray it on pretty heavy. Reason for the 4 stars, like many other reviews have complained about, When I opened, the box was soaked and eaten away. The lid seal is crap and I probably a 1/4 of the bottle was loss. Was one of those it wont happen to me... but it did.

I diluted this in water (1 p cleaner to 3 water, approx) It cleaned the mildew off painted columns, rails and drywall, porch ceiling with no scrubbing Definitely use again.

I love this project for my vinyl fence. I always spray first with water, spray product and gently wipe it to get the grime off and then hose it down. Also works great for my gutters! Always be careful of your clothes and towel that you use since it is bleach based!

Thought it was a little expensive at first, but then read the directions and found out it was a concentrate that needs to be mixed with water to use unless you need it to be full strength. Have used the same product in its spray applicator and is great for no scrub cleaning.
