Just wonderful.

We remodeled our bathroom and wanted a more modern looking toilet that was skirted (for easier cleaning).The toilets at Home Depot and Lowes were a lot more expensive for this style, so we held off until we found a better deal.After weeks of going through different reviews and comparing prices, I finally decided to take a chance and purchase this toilet from Amazon.It arrived in a timely manner, undamaged, and with no extra fees for delivery which is a plus (because who wants to go to the store to pick up a toilet).To my surprise the toilet was exactly what I wanted and fit my bathroom so well.HOWEVER, after my contractor installed the toilet he realized the hinges that connect the toilet seat to the toilet, were NOT included.I tried to reach out and unfortunately there were no options for requesting a missing part, it was either request a refund or replacement (this would’ve been such a hassle because it was already installed and I was not going to send it back).The toilet looks beautiful but we can’t use it without a toilet seat, so I had to order the hinges (hopefully they fit), and wait for them to arrive (which is very inconvenient as they should’ve been included).Overall, if I had ALL of the parts this would’ve been 5/5 stars.Hopefully anyone else who orders doesn’t have this issue and if they do, there should be some option to request missing parts.***UPDATE*** 10/25/2022The company reached out to me after they saw my review and sent me the missing parts right away, so I wanted to update my review.I’ve been using this toilet for a few months already and have had no issues with it. It’s exactly what we wanted.We are completely satisfied with our purchase and would buy from this company again!

Toilet function, great and very easy to keep clean, BUT all the positive features get negated by the nightmare of the seat. This seat isn’t made like all the normal snap on snap off. There are screws that come up from under the toilet. The seat swivels, it doesn’t stay put. Initially we thought it was caused by short screws. The company sent new ones. NO, that didn’t work. Then we ordered a new seat. NO, that didn’t work. My husband tightens the screws daily. NO that doesn’t work. The only solution is throw out a beautiful looking toilet that works perfectly bc we have a seat issue since the day we bought it over a year ago which will cost close to 1,000 to rip it out. Buy a new toilet and pay a plumber to install. So sad that we can’t buy a product and be happy with it. So simple. My question to the company is how do they make such a great product only to be ruined by this nightmare seat issue. I mean you need to sit on this seat, come on, REALLY??!

Good value for money ease to clean

I waited about 6 months to leave this review so that i could really say how well it holds up, etc.We were doing a total bathroom remodel and chose this toilet. I really love how it looks and although we gave room for a larger toilet, I preferred a more streamlined one. It is incredibly easy to clean which is what I had hoped for when purchasing a 1 piece with the easy pop on/off seat. I installed this myself and had no real issues. Maybe being a woman with smaller hands lent to it being easy to attach it so close to the wall but I thought it was simple.6 months in and it still performs as it should and still looks brand new because of how easy to clean it is. My only complaint is thar in this 6 months, the seat lost its pressure that enabled it to be soft close and I'll need to get another one. I would expect it to have lasted longer but overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and will likely buy another one when we remodel the 2nd bath.

I read a few negative reviews, but I was totally happy and surprised I had to twist the float to the right to keep it from leaking not a big deal. Must’ve moved from shipping toilet seats a little short, but big deal.

This was the most difficult toilet to install. You can't get your hands where they need to go. The toilet fits against the wall so I couldn't even put it in the bathroom it was ordered for. The fill valve on the underside had some kind of adapter on it and I could not see that, so I spent 45 minutes trying to get the waterline connected. Finally I just took the fill valve out and then I saw this adapter. Why an adapter -- who knows? In addition, the caps on the toilet seat came in a nickel finish. It was glaring. I had to spray paint them white. I do like the toilet better than my other. It is comfortable and I love the slow close seat and lid. It is a bit noisy when you flush. If I had it to do all over again, I would order another toilet from a different vendor. Their customer service is basically none. It's an Amazon company.

install seat first you will STRUGGLE to do it after it is set in place if using a quality seat that wont move.
