Predator Sports Lax Rat 3.0 Ball Return Target Fits 6 feet x 6 feet Goals

Have had this for about 2 mos now and unlike my two previous ones from different makers, the front panel material has not broken within this timeframe. I have 4 boys(two high schoolers going down to 12 yo) who fire scary hard shots at this thing and no tears - until today. Not front black material but my 12 yo just ripped a left lower corner shot that tore a hole in the net that is supposed to catch the balls and return it to the front of the net. Speaking of the ball return, it never did return the balls to the front but somehow the balls caught at the bottom between the return net and the front black material. Still found it helpful in that I did not have to reach into the net to retrieve the balls. Just had to pull the bottom black part forward and the balls fell out. I'm just thankful the front black material has not torn yet.

Its a great product. The smaller holes provide a smaller target to shoot at when practicing, improving accuracy. It also has a built in ball return so you dont have to dig in the back of the net for all the balls. I highly recommend this product for any lacrosse player.

It is functionally a great idea but the first time using it one of the grommets fell off of one of the top holes. After only 5 practices using the RAT, it started to tear/rip in 5 different spots. Will be writing the company. To follow up, I contacted Predator directly and had a response within hours. After sending them pictures and a copy of my invoice from Amazon they shipped a brand new one the next day. The new one is made out of different materials and is 100 times better quality than the first.

With daily use, this target really sharpened my daughter's shooting skills over one summer/fall! Not realizing, we left it out during the winter months and the plastic now breaks with every forceful lacrosse ball hit which has defeated the purpose of this purchase. Contacted company but no reply...disappointed because that should really be stated on their packaging material. Just be sure to bring in during cold months for we only had 8 months use out of it.

Everything about this product is awesome between the design and the rugged material. You will never have to replace the cheap net behind it because of the durable materiel and the ball never gets behind it. The ball goes into the small corner pockets and just rolls out back to the shooter to minimize digging the balls out of the net. Highly recommended...

Looks like a great concept, set up fairly easy, but there is a seam (in mine anyway) on the left third of the goal that ripped after about 30 minutes of use. Not sure why they would manufacture something that is supposed to stop an hard, fast moving ball by putting a seam in it. Make it a seamless design and you'd have a winner here.

This is an advanced LAX target that is unique in that it has it's own net that returns the balls out of the bottom front of the target. I did a lot or research at this one looks to be the best for the advancing/advanced player. A bonus is that it is sturdy and extremely easy to attach/set-up.

Solid piece of equipment
