Great performance on HUGE drops and bumps. SURPRISINGLY effortless hill climbing.
If you're looking at this fork chances are your bike is already heavy. I was surprised at the relative lightness of the fork, considering the price. The fork has an excellent oil damping system. It performs very smoothly, nearly as smooth an air. The compression and rebound knops make significant adjustments, not just placed there for the spec sheet. It comes standard with meduem rated "RED" springs. They are rated for riders <180 or so. Im right around 210 and the spring is more than stiff enough. I've ordered black 200+ springs to install and will update if its worthwhile. This fork performs just as great as any of the best i've tried. If i had an unlimited budget I would still buy again. It also came with an entire overhaul kit, so I doubt I'll be needing a new fork for a long time. Great product, no reason to overpay.
