TowaDigital Bobbin Case Tension Gauge, Compare to Towa TM-1 and TM-3 (Standard L-Style Insert)

This is a definite must have. I bought a Tajima Sai and was having all sorts of thread breaks with a particular brand of thread. Once I used the gauge to measure the tension I noticed that tension was much to high on this brand which I've concluded is dues to the thickness of the thread (not a true 40wt). Replaced my threads and used the recommended settings and viola, everything works like a charm. It really does help you isolate problems with the bobbin and thread tension settings. A must have for anyone in embroidery.Product is well built. Was shipped in a timely manner and just works.

I have been trying to get my bobbin tension set on my brother PRS 100 for 2 weeks. I finally decided to try the Towa Tension gauge and was able to get the correct tension on the first try.

It's must have item for digital bobin.

I have a Brother Innovis 1750 D and the bobbin case is not compatible with the Towa Digital Bobbin Case Tension Gauge. This insert did not help. An adapter for the Towa Digital Tension Gauge is available from a third party but not found on Amazon.

Works for what I need.
