These are the best I’ve used. I used Because for years, though efficient, made my skin break out in hives but thought I just had to live with it. Tena is good but still spilled over. A CVS brand was good but they changed it. Now I’m on the 72 package of Tranquility. I don’t spill over or leak at night. I still need a booster at night as I have for all of them. I think the detail in construction is what does it in Tranquillity, the extra features “down there”. Also, I always needed L or XL in other brands but I nervously followed Tranquillity’s measurements and got their recommendation of M. It fits so well and comfortably, it’s high both back and front, VERY important to me as I do NOT tolerate feeling like I’m wearing a skimpy bikini bottom. I’m a high rise lady now. Very durable! Good value for money. 💰.

Bought these for my dad. Lower price than other brands, but still high quality. Easy to don and take off, very absorbent, good at wicking away the moisture. I like that it's Made in USA.

These are great and the most absorbent I have ever used but the sizes are a little off, by the size chart I wear the XL but this are a little too big, next time I will order the large, other than that they are the best product I've used

Having tried a variety of brands, the Tranquility pull-ups are absolutely the very best! They are wide enough in the crotch to prevent any leakage, even when laying down, they are super comfortable and fit well, and handle odor well. They are worth every penny so I feel relaxed and reassured all day and night.

Best product ever and cheaper than Depends. My husband is 80 years old and loves having these pads for his current incontinence condition. Recommend purchasing the "liners" for night time sleeping because it keeps him sleeping all night long and gets better protection using them. Read the directions for placement of the "liners" for best absorbency which is different for men and women. If needed, it's also nice to have the "tear away" sides to remove the pad from the body. I have purchased these pads for the last two years and will NOT change to anything else at this time!
