Came out nice, too sweet for me
I used 2 parts clarified butter and 1 part coconut oil it came out very well, a little too sweet for me though, sweetener overload but the texture wasn't bad at all. You do still that that almond flour gritty crunchy feel but ok. Updated: I had to come back and give this product a well deserved 5 star, I had rated 4 star previously because I ate it while it was still warm. I tried it again cooled to room temperature and it tasted even better, the gritty almond flour thing was completely gone and the sweetness for some strange reason seemed to be much more while it was hot out of the oven, I really like this and will be buying more! FYI erythritol tends to crystalize and becomes crunchy when it cools down to fridge temperature, I've noticed this in other deserts I make, a few seconds in the microwave gets rid of it....enjoy!

Delicious Alternative - Keto Cake
This is the perfect dessert for someone who is diabetic or who is watching their carb/sugar intake. This mix tasted similar to other regular cake mixes, but it does have a thicker texture to get used to. If you look up keto buttercream to go on top it makes it even better! I used to could eat half a cake, but this is a heavier cake and you can't overeat it. It is pricey, but worth what you get!

Yummy and texture is nice
This mix is so good, it has a grainy texture but i like it over smooth cakey Mixture thats to soft if that makes sense. My hubby and i are trying to cut sugar but this makes the sweet cravings better! Makes two thin layer so if you a higher round cake, bake two boxes for a 4 layer.

Versatile low-carb treat (use BUTTER!)
I've used the Swerve boxed cakes for over a year now, and the first time I used it I was relatively new to keto foods. I really didn't like the taste and I was disappointed. I've now been strict low-carb and sugar-free for quite some time and these Swerve cakes are really decadent to me now. If you're new to keto or sugar-free living, it's going to taste off. It's not going to send your brain into a sugar-wave frenzy (that's a good thing). I have now used Swerve mixes for muffins, cupcakes, and multi-layer birthday cakes. They've tasted amazing every single time. If you're a recovering/current sugar-addict, have your expectations in check first and always use butter where it says to add oil.

Very low sugar almond flour cake mix
This was my favorite almond flour cake mix unfortunately I can't find it anymore. Not here or anywhere else.

new go-to cake!
I wasn't sure how this would taste but I was pleasantly surprised! I gave it a 4 because I noticed a slight aftertaste at first but it seemed to go away. My husband (who is NOT gluten free) loved it! I habe Celiac and wanted an easy option for a birthday cake and this was it! It was moist and just the perfect amount of sweetness (noy overly sweet but not bland). I will be using this as my go to cake from here on out! It would be nice if it was slightly less expensive 😅

No-grain diet: love this!
I rarely eat sweets. COVID-19 pushed us into a micro-sized, DIY wedding, and after my sister experimenting with many grain free scratch recipes (almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca/cassava flour) with “ok” results, I tried this. Hit the spot! Super tasty, nice consistency. Family did not notice/comment/complain (although the butter cream frosting I made for THEIR cupcakes probably helped mask the absence of wheat flour)! Almond flour is definitely my favorite alternative (at least as the “dominant” ingredient) to wheat-based baking. Rises nicely, resulting in the most “fluffy” baked goods I’ve made.
