It is harder to find the smaller 500mg softgels like these anymore. I take the 1000mg ones myself but my Mother cannot tolerate the 1 gram softgels because they give her heartburn, so it is nice to be able to give her these 500mg servings that she can tolerate and still get the benefits of krill oil and astaxanthin.
