Great product
Great product if you do your own work on your 2003 dakotas

For occasional use, it's perfect!
It works as designed. I think if I used it every day the threads wouldn't last very long though. They seem to be cheap, probably made in China. For occasional use it's awesome for the money

Does not fit 2003 ford ranger without notch
Does not fit on a 2003 ford ranger; I can’t verify its effectiveness on another vehicle but if you have a ranger you would probably have to notch your frame, What i did instead was put a 13mm deepwell socket on my jack and jacked that into the torsion key and it worked like a charm.

Easy to use
A must need, I goofed up buying this separately. I ended up paying a little more. Get this product with the suspension lift, you will thank Mr. Reviewer later. This little tool will assist in removing the keys professionally. This is a much needed device. No clear instructions but…… it’s all common sense. I was quoted 1k to install my life and I didn’t it in one day. If I can do it so can you. Mr.Reviewer

Tool held up great
Used this tool to install 3" torsion key lift on a '98 Ford Ranger. Cutting into the bracket on the Ranger to get the tool to fit was needed (and expected). Removal of stock key was easy, installing lift key was tricky as the key would rotate a little as the tool pushed it up and take the key out of it's seat and not allowing the keeper to be put into place. This was not a fault of the tool, but mainly due to limited angles because of the cutouts. The reason I mention this is the tool lifted and released the extreme tension on the lift key quite a few times before we finally got it in place and took it like a champ, we put it through the wringer. Just make sure to keep it greased up and it should work fine for you. We also used a long breaker bar and no impact, that might help with not stripping the threads also.
