Adorable, unique, and educational
My two and a half year old loves this book. We bought it for her baby sister to "give" to her when she was born. It's provided hours of entertainment -- she will just sit there and flip through the pages on her own. When we read it together, she is excellent at finding the items I ask her to identify and we love looking for Little Mouse on every page. The artwork is very unique and I appreciate the simplistic, mixed media style of the illustrations. It's a hit!

Fun, imaginative and engaging
Got this to read with my 18 month old and she loves it. She can sit for quite a while flipping through this and talking about the different things on each page. I like that it’s imaginative and has different sections around different concepts (opposites, things you can do, seasons, times of day). A nice book to linger over.

Excellent!
I do "homeschool" for preschool with my 3 year old daughter, and this book has been so much fun to go through with her. There's no rush, we just look at pictures - I can ask her the questions about the pictures and she can practice shapes, colors, parts of the body, and many basic words as we enjoy a little lap time cuddle and reading time together. Wonderful for toddlers/preschoolers with delightful illustrations. Highly recommend!

Sweet, beautiful book
This is such a sweet and perfect book for my 18-month old. She LOVES to be read to before bed and I am happy to add this book to her bedtime story routine. I can't wait for her to open it for Christmas! I love the colors and illustrations throughout the book. Read about this book on the Cup of Jo blog (their 2015 gift guide) and I'm so happy I purchased! Quality book for little tots. =)

Great…but the WILD ANIMAL SCENE!
Here’s the thing: this book is great. Buy it. My 2 year old loves it. But….as a parent….I just cannot get beyond that it tells me to find the mouse in every scene, and there is indeed a mouse in every scene EXCEPT Pg44/45, The Wild Animals. I have stared at this thing for an hour. I feel like there’s some sort of trick or maybe I’m just blind…but I’ve enlisted other adults, children, strangers off the street… There just isn’t a mouse on this page and it drives me NUTS! Help!

A Happy, Wonderful Book
Buy a bunch of these books and drop them at your local early learning centers. When you go on a trip, take more to give away. And make sure to keep one at home for visiting children. I promise they will love it. And you will love the colors and simplicity of the artwork. This is a useful, delightful book.

Good way to learn to read/recognize some common words
My five year old son likes this book because the words are common ones he knows and are reasonably easy to learn to read. He’s making fast progress, and the careful selection of words/themes is a great tool.

This a beautiful book. The illustrations are rich in colors and give a sense of nostalgia. They offer easy enough images that it has increased vocabulary with my 2 year old while challenging enough for my 4 year old to use as a seek and find book. It's a solid book and we use it often.
