Perfect product!!
I never wear normal underwear again. Because I need to be hydrated all the time, I usually go #1 in a urinal during the evening every 1-1 1/2 hours or I force myself to go to my own bathroom which is a wheelchair and six steps by walker away from the entrance to my bathroom. Sometimes I can’t make it in time so these disposable pull ups are a lifesaver as far as I’m concerned. It gives me confidence.

happy with these
Comfortable underwear, used at night while sleeping. Not bulky.

Double check your size before you buy!
I normally use a different brand and thought I would try these because of the price. I ware a large in the other brand and thats what I ordered here. It seems their large starts at 45! The other was 38 to 42 for large, so this is a bit big. My fault for not checking enough. Needless to say the fit is a little loose. I do like the pad though, as wraps around more that the other. I have to ware shilds as well as the pants. I won't know how well the work until I have a problem. I do worry the fit may let them leak, but I won't blame that on these pants. I will get the right ones next time. As this may not work as well as the right size I am giving this three starts. Buy the way, they do have an extra bit in the butt for those with a larger size bottom.

Best Fit I’ve Found
First diaper I’ve used that doesn’t fall or sag when I walk or stand up from a seated position. Fits securely without being tight or rubbing. Stays dry longer so it doesn’t irritate your skin. They cost a little more, but I believe they are worth it. I hope they work as well for you. UPDATED; For those having trouble distinguishing the front from the back, hold the waistband at 1 of the 2 side tear-away locations and lightly stretch the elastic. You should be able to see the difference between the white front thread and the blue rear thread. I agree a tag in the back would have been better.

TOO BAGGY
IT SEEMS TOO LARGE COMPARED TO DEPENDS. THE STRETCH IS TOO BULKY AND DOES NOT SEEM TO HOLD MORE THAN THE DEPENDS HE WS USING. THE WRITE UP WAS SO GOOD I THOUGHT I'D GIVE THEM A TRY. EITHER THEY RUN REALLY LARGE OR THE FIT IS JUST NOT RIGHT. I BROUGHT A LARGE QUANTITY AND NOW AM STUCK WITH THEM.

The best there is
OK, first off what is all this whining about "can't tell front from back"? Not for nothing, but one side has a thick, absorbent pad right where you might be leaking. On that same side the leg opening is cut higher than the other side. So, that would be the front. I have had to use this type of underwear since a prostatectomy didn't go so well 11 years ago. Over the years I have tried virtually every brand and style available. Yes, the Depends "real fit" are a little fancier, but too pricey to be the every day go-to. The Tena brand is comfortable, affordable, and functional to the max. Five stars and more.

Sizing for product is wrong.
I have a 39" waist, and chart says I should buy a 34 to 44" size, which is Medium. Well, they Re not only uncomfortably tight on me, but the elastic isn't long enough to pull them up higher on my stomach, and half my butt isn't covered. I have to wear a pair of my briefs over this diaper to cover my behind. The quality seems fine, but I didn't want a bikini to wear I did not return them. But I will have to go back to DEPEND.

VERY ABSORBENT AND GREAT LEAK PROTECTION!
This product works great for my situation. Fits snugly and absorbs a lot of liquid. Stays in place around my waist all day and does not get weighted down. This product is just the right size for my waist size 39. I had tried a larger sized TENA product earlier and after a while it started to slip due to the weight of the liquid being absorbed. This product is just the right size for my waist size 39. 5-star rating for this product based on my first few usages!
