A++++++++ Product
I have been ordering this sodium benzoate for about a year maybe year and a half now stuff is a excellent product! I just dilute it in water till it has all been dissolved & the water is clear for what I’m mixing and it’s perfect as it helps so my products don't Ferment... I was looking for 5 pound bags but they didn’t have any on the Amazon site so I went with the 8 ounce bags which worked out fine as well... I will continue to buy this product as long as they keep it in stock! Thanks

My sauces last much longer now
So this is why store bought produces last longer. Just a pinch and my sauces last in the refrigerator much longer and do not go bad. Should have gotten this a long time ago.

Dissolves easily in room temp water!
I guess I haven’t made sure it works, but there’s no fungus or floaty gunk growing in my products so I assume it’s working! Dissolves quick when aggressively stirred, easy to weigh out in its little dippin dot-esque form. And I’m glad I was able to find it on Amazon for a reasonable price!
