Ten-80 Girls Sandbar Boardshorts (5T-12T)

My girls love these boardshorts! They are perfect for covering up and being modest with swimwear. They wash well and hold up great! We have used the same shorts for a couple years with very minimal fading and wear. We even passed them down to my younger daughter to use as they look like new. Great quality! You will need to either purchase a separate swim bottom to wear underneath or just wear underwear (which is what we did for awhile) as there is no lining.As for the fit, the length of the short is long enough to cover without being too long and looking like boy's shorts. They fit well in that you cannot see up the leg when the girls are sitting or moving around. My girls are both small waisted. My eight year old wears a size 8 slim jeans (with the adjustable waist tightened) and is wearing a size six in these board shorts. My ten year old wears a size 10 slim in jeans (again with waist tightened) wears a size seven in these shorts. The board shorts have an adjustable elastic waist which, once tightened, the extra elastic hides in the zipper pockets on each side of the shorts.Overall we are very impressed with the quality and durability of these boardshorts. My only request is that they make them available in bigger girl sizes and add some new colors.

My daughter ordered these with a gift card she received for her birthday. She LOVES them. They are longer to make her feel more modest and very comfy. She wears them as regular shorts with a t-shirt as well.

Perfect length but actually still very big in the waist. My daughter is 8 weighing about 52lbs and the 6 was huge in the waist for her. Love the quality and it covered her legs which I wanted because she had recently got a very bad sunburn on her legs.

The shorts look and feel great. My daughter loves them. I got size 6 for my tall, slender 7yr old. She normally wears 8. They have adjustable strings on the waistband for a better fit.

Daughter likes them, but we will have to return them as they are too small.

These I got for Easter for my daughter. We try to be modest in our swim choices and these do the trick. They keep the thigh covered and work great for swimming. They look cool too.

Nice boardshorts! Bought these for my 11 yr old petite daughter. They fit good and are comfortable for swimming.
