Romalon WD08X10057 Dishwasher Door Gasket with WD8X227 & WD8X228 Corner Gaskets Fit for GE Dishwasher Replace PS263963 PS263964

Replaced our dishwasher gasket 2 years ago, but it started leaking and had torn around the lower corners. I had used the OEM version in the past, but I thought I'd save a few bucks. Mistake.1. This did not fit my GE Triton GSD5320D02BB dishwasher, despite it being listed on the Amazon page as compatible.2. This gasket does not have the notch in the middle to facilitate correct placement (OEM gasket has notch)3. When I tried to remove the gasket to send back it toreI am sent this back and bought the OEM version (General Electric WD08X10057 Door Gasket) direct from Amazon, which installed without any problems.

The corner pieces seem to fit perfectly, like OEM. The gasket is where I'm not sure if it's OEM spec because it seems to come up a little short at the bottom corners and underneath. What I mean is that when you round the bottom of the door the "blank" area of the gasket and "insert" portion don't match up. Maybe heating up the gasket in the sun to make it more flexible would help. Still, I was able to get it to work and it's a great price.

The old gasket on my dishwasher was dry, cracking, and was causing leaks. This was almost half of what the OEM gasket goes for. The fit was good and I had it installed first time. I have done several loads of dishes since install and no more water on the floor.

did take a few tries to get it exactly centered as it does not have the centering notch the original had. after a few tries did get it to fit correctly and I have zero leaks from the washer.

Not actually OEM parts, made offshore though the parts did work, I would have preferred made in USA and this wasn't mentioned or labeled.Amazon needs improvement here!Would look for actual USA OEM if needed again.

Wanted to try a gasket, before spending the money to buy a new dishwasher, to stop the front door water leak - and it worked - easy to put in and ran it withing the hour and no water leak !

Easy to install. Seals well. Too thick however. I have to push my hip into the door to close it. This will certainly wear out the hinges and lock quickly. It may squish down over time but who knows.

Easy to install. Not sure if the bracket(seal) is the exact pet as it seemed to bunch in one corner but it seems to work. I think it’s the actual dishwasher though as mine is ancient. It wasn’t difficult to install at all.
