Fills up easily, pours well and hard water tastes great!
This must be one of the best water filters I haver used. Easy to fill (great idea having the top open). Larger than normal filter. Pours easily. Would highly recommend as our water in North Norfolk is very hard.

Looks nice on work top
Very pleased with water filter, works very well have just bought a one cup ketyle so use it for that hopefully the filtered water will help with li.escale. Came on time and as descrobed so all ok.

Good jug and manual counter
The jug has a sliding lid which makes filling it very easy and smooth. The sliding lid acts with a manual counter which indicates the percentage of the filter left. This beats those useless digital counters which fail after a short time. The filters have 350 litre lifespan which means about 3 months, so you will have to reset the counter each month. I found the water to be a bit sweet probably because I am using the filters with added magnesium, but the flavour is pleasant and the coffee is lovely using this filter.

Poor
This jug is not designed to fit in the fridge door or my fridge is too small! It scraps the plastic of the jug and my fridge every time I put it in or take it out and I have a hotpoint tall fridge freezer as common as… not amused I’ve recently bought a new one and that is fine… I wouldn’t mind I only started using it in April 2025!

Good one
I used to have Brita one for long time, but decided to try this one. It’s convenient and faster to filter than Brita (not sure if this indicates that filter is less effective tho). It holds more water then Brita one for the same capacity and keeps filtering even when close to the limit, which I like. One cone I found so far is that top moving parts of the lid are hard to clean because of the different levels.

Spills when pour. Too wide pourer spout
The spout is too wide. Spills every time pour it even into mugs ? Water splays out !
