broke after 7 months
I bought this for my son in December of 2021. He just told me (and I tested it myself) that the chair is broken and now permanently leans forward a little bit. It also doesn't rock anymore and the cushion is hardly comfortable anymore to sit in. He has tried to fix it himself but every fix seems to only be temporary. The arms also kept coming loose pretty early on into owning it. He had to get on the ground and tighten the screws or even put them back in. Not to mention that the leg rest doesn't go out super far in general, so it isn't great to be used as an extended foot rest (not the biggest issue). Overall, it just seemed like after the first couple months, he was having to apply fixes at least once a week. Even now, the left arm is wobbly and regardless of how much he tightens it, the longest it stops wobbling is only a few days. Overall, it was nice until it started breaking, then it was just constantly tinkering with it to make sure it works.

Comfortable
This isn't really good for heavy people. The arms need to be held on by more than plastic, as one is already ripping off after less than two years. I've also already had to replace the cylinder, even though I thoroughly researched to find an appropriate weight capacity. Spend more $, buy better.

Office chairs are like tents; they never deliver on a claim unless you spend a whole lot of money.
This chair is good for 300 lbs , but probably not for more than 330 lbs. It is too narrow to claim a big and tall fit. On the pro side, the features are rarely included for the price of the $140 I paid. Keep in mind that the armrests are only height adjustable while others offer more adjustability. I couldn't find a single chair with a leg rest that had positive feedback from buyers. All leg rests are terrible unless you spend a lot of money. I have yet to see a good design for a leg rest at any price. (in a gaming chair). Expecting the leg rest to disappoint, I chose a design that would allow me to rebuild the support for the leg rest and make it worthy. More importantly, this chair is positioned on the hydraulic to be well-balanced when you are fully reclined and legs out. That being said, the tendency for this chair to tip forward is higher than the chair to tip backwards (when you are sitting upright and trying to scoot forward). It is also important to note that a chair with this full range of adjustability on the back rest is only locked in on the right hand side where the adjuster lever is. The small of back massager is surprisingly strong for being so light weight. Overall, this chair is the best for a price point between $140 and $180, (depending on how others disappoint). I got what I expected and I didn't see any competition for under $200. More adjustability in armrests would be easy to find, but it wouldn't make the chair any wider. The style of this chair is a racing bucket seat which is narrow. I feel confident that it might cost more than $300 to find a better chair. (Limited to this gaming style)

Decent Chair - could be better
I got this chair because I broke my back and needed something that was ergonomic for work.It was super easy to assemble and even with my injury I needed very little help (had to have my roommate lift the assembled chair onto the base)Most of the important parts are made of metal and are very sturdy. The TWO PARTSthat aren’t made of metal are the holes the footrest slides into. These are made of plastic and broke fairly quickly in the same way when a moderate amount of pressure was applied while adjusting how I was sitting. Was able to rig something together to fix it but those should be metal part in the future. It’s pretty comfortable but I would have liked more padding in the seat. The vibrating lumbar pillow is nice but it only has one noticeable speed not two as indicated. And it works better on my couch then in the chair for me personally. The neck pillow is perfect I just wish there was a good way to make it stay in one place where I need it.For the price its great compared to other ergonomic chairs and the foot stool is nice when it’s not broken and relives a lot of the issues I have with my sciatic nerve. I probably won’t buy it again when it’s time to replace it. But it does the job and is a good starter chair.

Using for At Home Work Office Chair
UPDATED: 10/15/21 UGH ANOTHER WHEEL HAS BROKEN OFF before the new base I ordered has arrived. Description states All metal base FALSE completely FALSE!!!! wheel/caster lock.in is PLASTIC and breaks EASILY!!! HUGE Fault in this chair, HUGE!!! Until that is changed BUY WITH CAUTION ..... 🤬 .... updated:10/14/2021 ... One Rollerblade Wheel Broke the plastic on the leg Frame. I can return with Prime no fee or exchange for another no Fee, HOWEVER I greatly suspect the same thing will happen. I have chosen to order a METAL base replacement to prevent the roller/caster wheels from snapping the frame. (Mastery Mart office chair base replacement ($40 approx) .. I LOVE the comfort of this chair and the hassle to box up & tear down JUST to rebuild a new chair that could (likely due plastic base) have the same issue, Not for me. FINGERS crossed the new metal base saves all future issues. Will update if it does not. ...... Original review: Luv this Chair! Better then hoped-for. Order with fingers crossed would work for my comfort 8 to 10 hours a day at home work Sales. The chair back kinda hugs me and fully supportive. Head rest elastic pillow allows perfect adjustments. The leg support leg rest is a great add and I use more then anticipated. The back supportive usb vibration pillow is a welcoed additive and completely mobile to other locations (coach/bed car etc.) I did add the Aloudy ergonomic memory foam office chair armrest pads (highly recommend!!) And changed the caster wheels out for ( The Original Office Chair caster Wheels Roller Blade style - set of 5) huge difference for the plus++) Now this feels like sweet comfort while I work. The recline goes back further then anticipated and TBH a bit scary when All the way back, for me feels a bit tippy at that point. 100% satisfied and recommend. I'm 5'5 and super fluffy at 225lbs, chair feels solid.
