Replaced a Dyson with this unit
Having been using this vacuum for a year now, I have to say that it's over all superior to the Dyson stick vac it replaced. The fit and finish isn't quite as good, and the medium suction is not quite as strong but the high setting seems comparable. The Dyson's fatal flaw was the battery pack. By the time it had reached a year of daily use, the stock battery was failing. Forty minutes of run time had dwindled to ten. It repeated the exact same cycle we had seen with cheaper $90 stick vacs from Costco, at five times the price. Dyson's $100 factory battery was a hard pill to swallow, and the quality of aftermarket batteries is comically bad.Enter Anker, by way of Eufy. Half the price with two swappable batteries? We took a shot on it, and Anker's battery expertise seems to have paid off. After a year of use neither pack seems to have degraded much at all, and a seasonal deep clean has kept it running as new. The dust bin is a bit odd, the trap door in the bottom doesn't work very well at all, but the top of the assembly comes off with a quarter twist and everything dumps out easily, and you can tap dust out of it that way, too.Long story short: It's half the price of a Dyson, but you aren't paying the Dyson tax so it's ultimately a superior product.

Best bang for your buck given the features and Eufy support
I actually wrote a negative review on this product initially, but my experience with Eufy's customer support and my time spent with a different vacuum brand have forced me to completely reevaluate my thoughts. My first mistake was not contacting Eufy support sooner. Genae was so nice and helpful, and she quickly sent out a replacement after I mentioned the issues I'd had with my previous S11. The new unit functions beautifully and I'm honestly so happy to have it back! For the last week I've used a much more expensive but comparably sized Dreametech vacuum which was heavier, overall less agile, and without a headlight (which you will regret giving up once you've had a vacuum with one!). Battery life on the S11 is great - I can easily do ~1500sq ft on normal settings with a single battery, but the inclusion of another battery is great if you have to do the whole house. It's also very lightweight and easy to turn - light enough that it could probably be used by older folks and young kids alike. The dual brush option is also nice and changes out without tools relatively easily. It might not have the suction power (which is mostly marketing IMO) of a Dyson but the Eufy serves well for daily vacuuming, especially on hard floors. With cats, we need something that can keep up and the S11 does! The features of this vacuum far exceed the price paid, and Eufy support is top notch if you have any issues. Thanks Genae!

Couldn't wait to try this out! Meets expectations.
What do you expect from a battery powered vacuum? This won't be replacing the Miele upright anytime soon. What I like:• high quality construction and components• swivel head, very maneuverable• powered roller head• equipped with two detachable batteries• clear waste bin• mini powered roller head. Does a phenomenal job for removal of cat hair from fabric!• highly effective filtration of fine dust particles (a double edged sword)• lays almost flat for vacuuming under beds• low profile roller head gets under tight spots.• easy to vacuum my stairs!!!• useful and well engineered attachmentsWhat I don't love:• the trigger guard has a slightly raised casting ridge that you don't notice until ten minutes later. Gave me a blister inside my index finger (and I'm a mechanic) easy enough to remedy with a dremel...• loses suction efficiency pretty quickly as the filter collects fine dust particles.• waste bin has to be disassembled to effectively empty contents. The finer filters get restricted by the time the bin gets full and if you have pets, the hair doesn't "dump out", you have to take it apart. Cumbersome when you have to empty it four or five times. It does however disassemble fairly easy. If you don't have pets, this might be great for you. Wipe the bin down with a dryer sheet 😉• suction is ok but not impressive (when the filters are clean) My $30 broom vac has much better suction, I guess that's the price we pay for cordless convenience? I'm thinking that a Milwaukee M18 battery retrofit would supercharge this sucker😉I purchased this product to primarily to handle the kitchen (maneuvering around the island, chairs...) bathrooms, stairs, foyer, under beds furniture and rapid deployment. I didn't intend on using this as a primary whole house vacuum but had to put it through it's paces to see how it performs in a variety of scenarios. Two batteries at 3/4 charge was enough for a 2200 sq ft. split foyer home.Comes down to value for the money. I'm sure there's plenty of cordless vacuums that would do what I need for much less. Would I recommend this to a friend? Probably not. The price is right for the quality but this may not be the best for the price (value per dollar). Will I keep it? Yes, I believe that it will last a long time. I appreciate quality tools and this does what I need it to do. It meets expectations, nothing more, nothing less.I've located a docking point and wanted to share some recommendations on mounting hardware and other concerns.I would recommend zip anchors for drywall, see illustration. Next is the docking system, it doesn't support the vacuum under its balance point and stresses the upper anchor. It could easily become dislodged if the vacuum were bumped. I solved this as illustrated and allows the power head to rest against the wall. Took less than five minutes with a multi tool.

Suction
Great vacuum. As much suction as the more expensive ones.

Better than that other popular brand with the D
Lights at the front are AWESOME for dark areas like under the couch.useful attachments, strong bracket. second battery is a GAME changer for larger scale homes or deep cleaning.best one ive used. and ive tried 3 or 4 stick vacuums.price point is more than reasonable (even at full price) if you can get it on sale, its a steal.

Nice vacuum!
I was very sceptical about the usefulness of a cordless vacuum, but my wife wanted one so I bought it for her. I'm glad I bought this one it has far exceeded my expectations. Very good suction and I haven't drained the battery yet!

Not powerful and malfunctions regularly
I recently tried to vacuum underneath a rug that had a bunch of dirt. It would pick it up but then spit it back out, like it wouldn’t suck it all the way in the barrel. I ended up having to use a broom. It also malfunctions regularly, where you have to just let it sit there for awhile to cool off I guess. Pretty useless. My 7000 Rupee vacuum worked better than this.
