Q: Mens sizing or kids sizing?? Is small for an adult or a kid?

It’s for adults! Runs more of a relaxed fit as in not to slimming. 5”11 and 195 lbs and it fit pretty well!

Q: Does it come with the shoes?

No. It does however come with brass buckles to slip over a pair of black dress shoes.

This item only comes in Standard and X-Large. Some other items from this manufacturer come in X-Small and Small so they are listed on the size chart.

The size chart shows "standrad with these measurements 42-46 36-40 42-45 Is there nothing for those of us that would were a 40 jacket and 32 waist? Those 36-40 in pants would be on falling to my ankles !
