The adjustable width between the rugged rollers is very convenient. Mouting to the wall and being flush to the floor help avoid damaging the tiles. This is all I need for this type of product.

Install was easy. Rollers are smooth and quiet.

Good quality product. This would have worked in most situations, but in my case, I needed the bottom of the bracket to be flush. After inserting the roller, the screw protrudes slightly out of the bottom. Otherwise, great sturdy product.

The L-Frame is just way too long and thick. Would not go under my door w/3/8" clearance. The frame would've stuck out too far being a hazard for toes. I canceled my return because I did like the rollers. I was able to install the rollers directly to the floor, and they work great. Had a couple cupped washers for the underside that made it work. Thought about trying to return this and find just the rollers to order, but figured the time and hassle not worth it. Plus, after shipping and tax they'd be almost as much as this kit most likely.

We finished our basement, and included in the project were 2 barn doors. The idea of drilling cement anchors into the basement floor, was a non starter. These are great!

Seems well made, but when rollers tightened down in place the rollers did not roll.

It didn’t fit our barnyard door that we purchased. But we are using it as a door stopper.
