Looks exactly like pic and description
I purchased as a gift. I usually buy from the US Mint but my relative has been very interested in certain coins from the 1800's lately. A mention of the 3 cent coin got me looking. This coin caught my eye. I was hoping it would look as good as the picture and to my surprise it did. I am pleased to give this as an extra Christmas gift. The relief is raised and no eye strain to make out the details. I'm so happy with this purchase. I have never bought a coin from Amazon before but this was better than anything I saw on eBay or other sites for the price. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

Three slashes
I purchased mine one year ago and its price now is almost 5 dollars more. What impresses me most is the three raised lines (for three cents), no writing of amount just 3 slashes.
